Chapter 128 - all according to plan

Moving across the festival, Caelum and his group explored the place to see if their anything that could excite them. It didn't take much time before finding food stalls and other fascinating things. Rosa found a book and bought it for her collection while Jean explored the place by herself.

Caelum didn't to worry since she's strong enough to take care of herself. Meanwhile, he went to the plaza where there are abundant of people than other streets. They sold many interesting magical items but all of them are already inside Gate of Babylon. Nevertheless, he bought some seed requested by Izami to given to celine, his mother.

"Here Izami I think this looks great on you."

Caelum bought a beautiful light blue flower that smelled enticing placing it into the maids ear. She gave elegant smile proceeded to cling into his arms as her sister who distracted in her new book saw this became jealous and hugged the other arm.

"Hey don't fight you two. Rosa do want me to buy you one?"

"Of course!"

"I think it wouldn't look good in you."(Izami)

"What did you say!?"(Rosa)

"Izami stop teasing your sister."

"Fufufu alright but it was fun."

Rosa pouted a bit receiving a pat from her father while giving a smirk towards Izami with their glare producing a lightning. Caelum sighed as he bought flowers to his other daughter. After buying flowers and some seed they headed to join some activities namely archery and theater play.

"I expected more in fantasy world but this place is kind of boring." (Rosa)

"I agree theirs nothing to do beside eating a meal."(Izami)

"Well we should watch some theater play before heading to the tournament."

Jean return to join them in watching some play which consist of comedic play and music. The host who called for a volunteer to sing with them with caelum raising his hand and unsurprisingly choose him.

"Why don't the handsome gentle join us?"

"Great! Time flex some music."

Caelum walked towards the stages receiving cheer from the girls and curses from the man due his appearances while his daughter roared in celebration. He wave his hand towards them and receive a simple lute.

"Can I ask handsome gentleman name?"

"Just call me Samshiel."

Caelum doesn't want to exposed his name considering merlin would be around to find him once his real name is spoken. Not that she would be able to recognize him due his illusion and the system intervention.

"Samshiel? A unique name but everyone please give a round of applause!"

Caelum move smoothly manifesting vision to the people around him being overwhelm by single sound. He had the God of Music skill-set that allowed him to play and understand music having it max level. It still lack intent to truly show its power but wisp was still unconsciously being produce causing the people who weak in such thing froze in amazement.

His soothing deep and regal voice that entice the ears of everyone, be it man, children or old people. They gathered curious of the beautiful melody and none spoke being still in the very moment.

Everyone didn't miss any opportunity to inscribed the sound and movement into their mind. Some of the people weep while the couples hugged each other tenderly.

"Father really getting into it now."(Rosa)

"I'll record it then send it to mom."(Jean)

"Grea Idea, we can listen to it again later."(Izami)

Caelum finished his song as a moment of silent echoed before people roared in excitement and giving loud applause as he gave bow returning the lute to owner.

"Amazing! Please join us and we'll pay you anything."

"I am flattered but I can't."

"That's unfortunate but I hope we meet again and here as a sign of respect."

The host gave lute to him that contains a residual essence of a goddess races. Caelum was surprised but accepted it and considered it plot convenience to gain it just by performing.

"This lute had been unique that when played healed and enhance people's capability."

Caelum came down the stage and place it inside his Gate of Babylon to be refined later. He was greeted by his daughter who happily welcomed him and showed the recording of his performances.

"So where to next father?"

"Let's go to the tournament and see how you fat you've improve."

Heading to small Coliseum where people gathered to showcase their strengths. It was place for apprentice holy knight to fight other opponent and gain recognition by the people. Caelum and his group attracted the people but they ignored them, focusing on the people above watching. He could see the seven deadly watching the battle with king in the middle.

'They probably excluded considering how careless they can be.'

He heard the king announce the start of the tournament which was rather boring in caelum opinions how weak the people are. His daughter participate and getting looked down by their opponent. Caelum signed finding so many idiots.

"Pretty girl this isn't place a woman like you, why don't you join and show you how to-"

"Can you squeal like pig?"(Rosa)

"I want to hear a dog squeal like pig can you do that excrement?"

"This bitch dare mock me."

The man dashed preparing to attack Rosa who easily evaded the attack as if dancing then did round house kick straight to the man's face pushing him few meters away. She gave disgusting looked then released his killing intent at the man who was shaken by the pressure.

"That is improper way to squeal. It seem I have to help you to do it properly."

She summoned a cross like spear then move in tremendous speed pushing back gust of wind afterwards stabbed her spear into the mans groan cause a loud scream that was mask by caelum illusion. Caelum wince a bit due being man but didn't take pity at the man considering Rosa had the same temperament as Erza.

After few minutes of ruthless butchering the man who fainted from the pain as caelum healed the man but made sure to made remain impotent and stopped the illusion with people only saw normal battle between the two.

"As brutal and sadistic as ever Rosa."(Izami)

"Humph the man was annoying and I saw father holding himself back from erasing the man from the census….not they have one."(Rosa)

"None the less you did an amazing job."

"Oh it's my turn now, wish me luck father."(Jean)

"Yeah, break a leg out there!"

Jean smiled then fought her opponent breaking his legs in the process that caelum to sweat not expecting for her to take it seriously. It was extremely anti-climatic until his two daughter head to the finals. Izami didn't join as she isn't one to fight for enjoyment.

"Hey sis winners take out father alone? Deal?"(Jean)

"Add chocolate cheesecake then you have deal."(Rosa)

The flared up their energy that caught even the sins attention and more so to merlin fascinated by their appearances. The two run towards each other with Rosa stabbed her spear resulted in pillar of ice jean evade and did upward slash with her rapier accompanied by strong wind lifting Rosa into the air giving Jean time to attack.

However, Rosa create a block of ice leap evading the attack then spun to counter but Jean parried. Caelum whistle seeing the two fought with their power being limited.

"Don't judge me before you all become my wife, you were my daughters first."

"Well like mother liliena and Alya says 'Incest is Wincest.'"

The two battle rage on as none had taken an advantage. Those watching scream in excitement as it was like watching two goddesses battle with the elegant and swift, Jean and the seductive and smooth, Rosa. After few minutes of none stop battle being covered in cuts and bruises both fall at the same time.

"Hai too bad it's a draw…"

Caelum went down to check on them gesturing for the people to let him take of them. He took them back in his world to rest while Izami and Caelum was left to enjoy the festival and since it was a tie caelum receive split of the prize for participating. Merlin who saw their disappearing figure watch curiously but dismisses.

"You knew it would be a tie that's why you didn't participate."

"I don't what your talking about, father but since their knock out I have you all for myself."

"Hai…let's go you rascal."
