Why did he get so shy?

I run down the hall of UA high. I stop at a tall door. 1A I read as I Open the door and run to my seat. "I'm so sorry I'm late" I say as I sit down. "Its ok Izuku but don't let it happen again" my teacher tells me. "I won't" I say blushing with embarrassment. I look around the room and see todoroki looking at me. I wave at todoroki. Todoroki blushes and look's back at the teacher. I wonder why he got so shy after I waved at him. I think. I hope he's ok I thought as i looked back over at todoroki. Todoroki has his head in his arms on the table. I hope his dad isn't hurting him again or anything. The morning went by slowly Finally Lunchtime came around. Now I can talk to todoroki and see how he's doing. I smile to himself. The lunch room was full of people as always. A huge line formed at the food area. Looking around for todoroki someone called "Hey deku!" From behind me. I turn around to see who yelled to me. It was Uraraka. "Oh hey Uraraka" I say. "What do you think the chef is going to serve for lunch today?" She asked. "Well u-um I don't know probably rice and soba again" I said. "But that's getting old it's great food and all but I hope we eat something different today like sushi or... I don't know something different" Uraraka said. "Yea me to" I say. "Hi." someone said from behind us. We both turn around. Iida was standing behind us. "Hey Iida" I say smiling. "Hi!" Uraraka said. "How have you been doing Iida?" I ask him. "I have been doing well thank you" Iida said. "This is the third time you have been late to school this week, and why is that?" He asked. "U-um well I-I missed the bus again" I say looking at the floor. "Hey it's ok deku I have been late to school a lot to" Uraraka said. "It's unacceptable to be late to school three times in a row!" Iida said. "Yea I know" I say looking up at him. "Hey guys i am going to sit with todoroki today I haven't talked to him in a while" I say. "oh ok" Uraraka said. "Bye guys" I say as I start looking around in the big lunch room trying to find the red/white hair that is so noticeable. I see him waiting in line for his food. I walk over to the line where he was. "hey" I say. "todoroki!" I called. He looked over at me. "Hi Midoriya" todoroki said. He seems fine to me why did he act the way he did back at our class room? I think. "Hey" I said back to him. "can I sit with you after we get our food?" I ask him. "Um sure" he said. I smile at him. He half smiled back at me.
