Our first date (Part two)

William POV.

I drove us to a bar in the heart of New Jersey for our first date.

I keep glancing at Adeline throughout the drive to the bar. I couldn't believe she was real. We are finally together after the cat-and-mouse game we have been playing that has spanned out for precisely two years.

"We are here". I killed the engine of the car and got out. I went to the other side of the car. I opened the car door for Adeline. I took her hand and guided her out. She gracefully steps out like a princess.

"Thanks," she politely said to me

I beam a smile at her

My eyes captured Adeline's gaze when we entered the bar. Her gaze went wild.

"You brought me to a dance bar?" She looks marveled.
