As the moment dragged on, Olivia started to feel handicapped.
When she dashed a quick look at Janet, she saw that she was pretty invested in the outcome of the talk.
She cringed.
"Um honey, why don't we have this conversation somewhere more ideal and private?" Olivia suggested.
"Um...guys, I think Olivia is right. We should already get in. And Kaiden, it is absolutely beautiful getting to see you again."
"Right. Me too, Janey." Kaiden turned and smiled at her genuinely.
Though Larry felt his mom was merely stalling on purpose, he decided to agree to it
"I second what Janet's said. Besides, we don't want to alert the servants regarding our discrete family feud."
"Agreed." Kaiden asserted and led the way first.
Larry moved up to meet him. He swung his arm about his shoulder.
"Hey! So how long ago did you arrive and were you out waiting for us to get back first?"
