Is he your boyfriend

Jenny walked me to class, but turns out our first class of the day was cancelled because our teacher had a little run in accident.

Jenny decided it will be far better to spend the free period outside.

"David's party was a bore," she sighed, "it wasn't like how I imagined it to be." 

I look at her on surprise, " how so? "

Jenny have never for once called a party a bore.

This is her first time making use of that word for a party.

" The party was okay, but David spoiled it with his mood. You would have thought the celebrant the most happiest person, but it turned to be a bore based on his unhappy mood."

Unhappy mood?

" He was smiling when he talked with me last night," I can recall his smile.

She scoffed, " probably because he got a call from so called girlfriend. I can recall how happy the mother was when she came in after a talk with him. It might probably be because she got a call from her."
