Irrespective of her comical looks, I nod at her words.

What's she's saying is exactly what happened.

"You can recall him telling Erick you were busy when Erick asked if you have spare time on that day? and how David left in anger when you agreed to tutor Erick irrespective of what he told Erick. 

Today yet again when he covered your eyes, you didn't guess before mentioning Erick, that must be why he left in anger," she confines, " if all these are not signs of jealousy, tell me what is?"

" I don't think that's the explanation for his odd behavior, I mean he cancelled out tutoring session yesterday just because his girlfriend asked to spend sometime with him." The hurt of yesterday is still fresh on my mind.
