Chapter 1 New Meeting

A girl in her school uniform walk slowly towards the high wall. She jump high so she could reach the top of the wall to get to the other side. However, she barely touch the top of the wall. It seems pretty easy when she saw others did it. Carefully she turn around to see if there is anyone around that come in that hours.

"Urghh.. This is bad. I need someone to help me.." She babble alone.

Again she try to jump but this time she put her bag down and step on a rock. Three times a charm, she finally reach the top of the wall. With her petite body, she lift up her weigh and step on the gap of the wall.

"I did it!" She claimed. She look around for something that feels missing.

"Now where is my bag...oh!" She look down at the ground when she see her bag is at the school ground. The school bag has a silver tag name, Ashley.

"Noooo!!" She almost jump down but she hold on the gap with her hand.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Suddenly a voice heard at the corner of the building from the school area. A boy in his school uniform appear in that moment. Ashley does not want to get caught in her first try of skipping school.

"Ah.. Me? I'm just sitting here. Watching people pass by. HA HA HA. What a great view up here." She choose any idea up in her head.

The boy shook his head and casually walk towards the wall and stand a few feet from Ashley's bag. Ashley is startling to see the boy suddenly pick up her bag from the ground.

"Look, if you want to report me to the principal, go ahead." Ashley gibberish.

"Really?" The boy raise his eyebrow.

"No no I beg you not! Pleaseeee... Can you please forget about this? I will pay you please.." Ashley in panic mode begging for her life. The boy smirk while looking away.

"Can you move little to the side?" Ask the boy politely. Ashley do as his say.

The boy wear Ashley's bag and start to jump high. His hand grab the top of the wall and push his body up. He climb with his one leg on the gap and the other one is still hang to the wall. His smell pierce into Ashley's nose. His scent is not sweaty like other boys would smell. He has an exquisite smell of books and coffee. The smell of cafe in the hometown with a little bit of flower scent in between. His hair is red dark and super smooth as it is swaying when the wind blows. He has a strong shape of face and his blue eyes is sharp and deep.

"Your bag.." He give the bag to Ashley. Ashley smiles.

The boy raise his eyebrow as Ashley sit still looking him with smile. He put the bag on the gap of the wall and jump to get to the other side. As he is walking away from Ashley, he glance at her and smile awkwardly. After a while when the boy disappear in the crowd of people, Ashley gather her conscious mind.

"Whaa.. !" Ashley's bag slip off from her hand and fell onto the ground.

"I'm late!" She jump off the wall and get her bag. She run in the walkway although there is a sign of warning to not run in the walkway.

Ashley finally arrive at the destination. She take a deep breath before entering the shop. The waitress greet her with a smile and hello. Ashley smile back at the waitress.

"Do you have a reservation made Miss?" The waitress ask.

"Yes I do. Hope and Faith Club." Ashley say. The waitress smile.

"Right this way Miss." The waitress lead the way to the dining hall which is decorated with white background and furnished with old cupboards and wooden dining table. There is books on every cupboard display. It is kind of library vibe but aesthetic and very minimal.

Ashley finally see someone she wants to meet. Wendy Scott, one of her friend in school who seems nerdy but she is the leader of the Little Hope and Faith Club. The club name is sound like a ritual club or something. Ashley shook her head. Wendy is sitting at the end of the table and surrounding with four more people that is sitting face to face with each other. There is three boys and two girls including Wendy. They seem around their age since they wear a school uniform too.

"Ash!" Wendy's eyes met Ashley's.

"Hey," Ashley walk towards her friend in the middle of the meeting.

"Everyone, meet our new member of the club, Ashley Moon. Give her a clap." Wendy say excitingly.

"Hi. I'm Ashley. I went to school with Wendy. She said something about this club so I'm interested to see what it is in for me. So.. haha. Yeah.." Ashley give a word with a awkward glance at Wendy.

"Thank you for the emotional speech Miss Ash." Wendy point her hand to a chair which lead Ashley's seat. Ashley do as she told.

"I know it seems awkward at first. Especially this meeting in the middle of your classes. Hate to break it, but I have an announcement to make." A boy in all black suit school uniform speaks.

"Please do Mr Eric Kobi.." Wendy please to hear him.

The meeting is continue as Eric make a statement about the problem arising in his school lately. He is the president of the all boys high school and the boys student seems to participate in sports more than studies. This is making the school reputation bad as it is lower in studies ranking. The school counseling is having a trouble since the students are not taking it seriously.

"Thinking about it is making me migraine. Lately I bought a pill from the farmacy. I thought it was the migraine pill, turns out, it was a birth control pill.... tskk tskk.." Eric emotionally breaks in tears and telling about his health story.

"The seller must have been confuse since your face look pretty like a girl." Jay Tiber in green school uniform cut off.

"That is all boys high school indeed. I have a big brother and he is one of your student there. He indeed practices sports and not study at home. My mom has slap his face with the fly slapper but not working." The girl student in yellow school uniform name Alexia Fernandez add.

"Your mom should have slap him with a slipper instead." Add Tyler Case a boy in red school uniform.

Ashley almost burst a smile on her face but she rather control her emotion since Eric is sobbing beside her. The club looks normal for taking this care seriously but why they intercept their own schools with others. Since Wendy is the leader of the club, she dare not to question her friend. Furthermore, Wendy is the daughter of the principal of their school.

"Thank your for sharing this with us. I promise that we will overcome this together. Please suggest anything that will help in our chatting group. Right now, let us dismiss." Wendy end the meeting.

As eveyone has dismiss and go their separate way, Ashley and Wendy left together to other place.

"What is your thought about our club?" Ask Wendy wearing her glasses back again.

"I thought that your club name seems so spiritual. But then I saw them kids." Ashley say.

"Uhuh.. Keep it going.." Wendy is excited to hear the next word. Ashley must have think that her club was amazing.

"It is kinda..."

"Yes.." Wendy eyes widen.

"You know with the color school uniform.." Ashley blabber.

"Yes?.."

"You guys look like a Power Rangeria or something." Ashley almost burst her laugh but she manage to control her madness laugh. Her laugh is in between wants to laugh at it hard but not too much but make it mild.

"The f... That's it. I'm blocking your calls from now." Wendy hurry walk faster ahead of Ashley.

"No wait Wends!! OMG. I'm sorry!" Ashley try to stop her friend. They walk together as soon as they catch up with each other.
