The remaining hours of the night were spent with the girls idly chatting in their small shelter. When the next day's lights appeared, there was already a lot of activity at the small campsite; the supplies needed to construct the new shelters were already here, and the people who knew how to work with stone had already started to prepare it for use in the wall.

The increase in laborers allowed Ay to finally assign some workers to begin building one-story wooden houses large enough to house four people. At the moment, they only had enough workers to work on one house at a time, but it was nevertheless a start.

The wall was already completely restored, and it was currently being upgraded with stones. Before the nightmare creatures appeared, all of the wall was supposed to be made of rock and no more than 1.5 meters tall. On the training grounds that were right outside the walls, Kay was practicing battles with her warriors and the new recruits.
