Ch. : 6. Knowing the wish, Pirates attack, and Sea Hurricane

Suddenly, Poison Ivy appeared and announced,

"Incidentally, I neglected to mention that Diana had left her glass on the table from which she had just drunk water."

"Yes, yes, I recall," Harley responded, leaping with excitement.

"He just consumed water from that very glass," GwenPool interjected, donning a Sherlock Holmes-style hat.

"So, this constitutes an indirect kiss," Gwen Stacy remarked, shifting her stance.

"You just drank water from that cup, didn't you?" Catwoman teased.

"No, I didn't…" Manav began to refute, but before he could finish, Diana pivoted and delivered a punch to Manav's stomach.

"This is the fate of lecherous individuals," GwenPool declared.

"Ugh," Manav groaned, clutching his abdomen in pain.

Although the girls had lost more than 90 percent of their powers, they still possessed their abnormal bodies.

Despite their diminished strength, all of the girls were seasoned fighters with extensive combat experience.

The punch Manav received was the most excruciating he had ever endured.

Grimacing in pain, Manav rose and staggered back towards the room.

The girls watched him retreat into the room with contempt.

Manav slumped into a chair, still nursing his aching stomach.

"Why am I perpetually unfortunate?" Manav sighed in agony.

Manav sat there, pondering his future and how he could use his newly awakened superpower to his advantage.

He could become the most powerful person in this world using his new superpower, which he calls the Diesel God's Mechanical Eye.

This power allows him to identify, extract, and create 3D blueprints of any machine in front of his eyes.

As for his other powers, he would have to test them once he got himself a workshop where he could create any machinery.

While he was deep in thought, the all women were having a conversation on the other side.

"Hey, Diana, what can we do now? All my powers are gone except for unaging, hydrokinesis, and healing factor. My other strengths and powers are gone, and we've traveled to this unfamiliar world," the redhead said, sitting on the bed in their room.

The room had two beds, a small water tank, and a few pairs of clothes.

"Mera, we have to find a way back to our world. I have a hunch that the boy is our way back. From the summary of his newly awakened superpowers, he can create powerful machines. Maybe he can create something that can send us back," Diana said, summarizing all the things she had analyzed when they were interrogating Manav.

"Yeah, but we can have fun in this world till he got us back, and this is the world fully based on diesel powered engines and machinery." Harley Gwenpool said switching.

"But what if he is not able to send us back?" Mera asked, not believing that a boy who is not even mature yet could send them back.

"We will see in the future," Diana said, lying on her bed.

"Yeah, we will see in the future," Mera sighed in disappointment.

She missed her father and friends.

Diana was recalling the moment when she used the wish stone to try to bring Steve back to life, but the stone exploded, and she ended up here.

She regretted using the cursed wish stone, which demanded something in exchange for the user's wish.

She was hoping that Steve would be fine.

She sighed, realizing that there was nothing more that could be done.

All of them are putting their hopes on the boy, except few ones who want to have fun in this world.

Some of them believed that the boy had unlimited potential, but he was just an amateur teenager who had traveled to this world like them.

Diana decided that she would train the boy and make him the most powerful person who could be their reliance to send them back.

Mera and the other girls thought that Diana was placing too much trust in the abilities of the boy, who didn't even know how to wield a knife.

The boy was just lucky to have that superpower of machinery.

There is a different space belonging to all the girls, when someone wanted to possess the body.

Others will rest in this space.

While all of them were lost in their thoughts, a pipe-shaped speaker, which was old-fashioned and used in WW1 to alert the crew members on the ship, sounded,

"Alert, alert, pirates are incoming, pirates are incoming, they have 4 ships, please stand by, ready to fight." The ship captain's voice echoed.

Diana stood up from the bed, picked up her weapons, and headed out of the room.

When Manav heard the warning, he ran toward the broken window and saw two pirate ships approaching them.

He glanced around the room and found a metal rod which was 1 meter long, and the tip was sharp enough to pierce the human body.

He stood behind the metal door, ready to attack anyone who came in.

While he was hiding behind the door, the pirates' ship came near the broken ship, where Manav and the others were on alert.

The pirates' ship threw down metal ladders and iron chains onto the ship as their ship reached near the broken ship.

More than 50 pirates jumped out from their ship onto the broken ship, wielding rusted machetes.

On the broken ship where Manav was hiding, there were Diana, the captain, and his two crewmates.

The captain had already warned that he would not help them fight; they would just defend themselves.

Diana started a killing spree and killed more than a dozen pirates the moment before they landed on their ship, and threw them into the sea.

After a few seconds, a whole school of sharks was feasting on the bodies of the pirate bodies floating on the surface of the sea.

When the other pirates saw this, all of them surrounded Diana.

They attacked from all directions, consecutively.

But they were still being killed.

All the girls who don't have problem in killing switched their bodies.

So, all of them can reduce the load on each other.

When the leader of the pirates saw this, he yelled loudly, "Catch that women, throw ropes at her, don't hurt her too much." The pirate leader was captivated by the beauty of Diana.

As for why he didn't notice the switching of Diana and other girls.

Diana was wearing a robe on her body, so while switching their bodies.

No one will notice, if he didn't focus on them tightly.

The pirates did what their leader ordered.

But more than a dozen pirates were killed.

When the leader saw this, he was surprised by the skills of Diana.

He was surprised that how can someone fight for so long, and so many pirates.

So he made a cruel decision, abandoning his lustful thoughts.

"Kill her, attack together."

When the pirates heard this, they were filled with joy and attacked Diana with full force.

While fighting, Mera's trident got stuck between the chest ribs of a pirate.

She tried to pull it out, but before she could pull out her trident, a screaming pirate ran toward her, trying to kill her in one stroke.

Mera quickly switched her body with Gwen Stacy, and fired web on the face of the pirate.

With help of web shooters.

Pirate was bound with sticky web, and he fell there.

The pirate and his other members were surprised.

But they didn't laugh on the trick of firing a web.

"Witch!, she is witch!, quickly kill her." The pirate leader yelled loudly.

When they were scared, Mera quickly pulled out her trident and cut the throat of the pirate just now.

She was expecting her powers to directly kill the pirate, but at least it stalled for time for her and Diana.

When the leader saw this, he yelled, "Stop hesitating and fearing, you bastards, attack and kill that witch."

When the pirates heard their leader's voice, they realized the seriousness of the moment and attacked Mera.

But their numbers were just reducing slowly.

When the leader saw this, he sneaked into the ship and searched for a hiding place.

He found the room where Manav was hiding.

He saw the shadow of Manav behind the door.

He laughed and rolled inside the room.

Manav was surprised and tried to attack the pirate leader.

But the pirate leader quickly responded and caught the iron rod with his one hand, and threw it aside, after snatching it from Manav.

Manav was helpless in front of the powerful pirate leader.

The pirate leader quickly put the machete on Manav's neck.

"Now chicken, what will you do? Hahaha." The pirate leader laughed and led Manav toward the place where the fight had just ended.

"Okay, put your weapons down, and tie yourself with that rope hanging on the hanger, witch." The pirate leader yelled loudly.

Mera turned and saw Manav in the arrest of the pirate leader.

"Okay, I will throw the weapons, don't hurt the boy," Mera said and threw the trident aside.

Diana walked toward the hanger where the rope was hanging.

She took the rope and handed it to Mera. Mera took the rope and started binding Diana.

The pirate leader was watching as Mera was binding herself.

Manav didn't dare to move, because the rusted machete was kissing his neck.

And there is no medicine to bring someone from death back.

But suddenly the Pirate leader felt pain in his neck.

He threw Manav aside and held the back of his neck, trying to stop the flowing blood.

But his body stopped responding, he just fell there, and his facial features showed the immense pain he was in.

But he couldn't yell, because the moment he fell on the ground, an iron rod pierced his neck.

After a few seconds of suffering in pain, the pirate leader died.

Manav, and Mera saw that the captain of the ship was helping them.

"Well, I am not that bad of a guy. He would definitely have killed us or done something. How can we old guys fight against this muscular pirate?" The captain of the ship shrugged and walked back to his cabin.

Before entering the cabin he turned and said, "By the way, a sea hurricane is coming, so prepare yourself. If we are lucky, the hurricane will pass early. If not, just pray to die with pain." The captain said and got into his cabin.

Manav stood up and said, "Sorry, I dragged you in, Miss Mera."

"Humph, because of you, we were about to be prey to that pirate. Don't you have the guts to fight or kill someone with your hands?" Mera said, and walked toward her trident. After picking it up, she walked toward her room.

"Don't worry, she is just angry because she can't use her powers. You know all of our identities. Tell me how you know me, Mera, and others and how did you know that we are not married?" Diana asked, picking up her sword and shield.

"Well, your worldview will be subverted after hearing how I know you. Want to hear?" Manav said, trying to warn Diana.

"Haah, after traveling to this world, nothing is world-shattering," Diana said proudly, trying to show that nothing can subvert her view of the world.

"For me the world you're in is just fiction world. That's how I know you all." Manav said.

"Well, quite a surprise." GwenPool said.

Manav was tired of their switching bodies.

"Sea hurricane is coming, hide yourself." Captain yelled loudly.

Manav and Gwen Stacy nodded, and walked toward the room.

They just packed their things in the bag.

This bag was given by Punk Goddess as surivival bag.

Sea Hurrican hit the ship.

Ship can't bear the force of big waves, and engulfed in the sea.

Manav and Mera has bound themselves with lasso tightly.

When both of them hit the sea, they fell unconscious.
