''Thank goodness that this stain finally goes away.'' Murmuring to myself, I gently wipe my yukata with tissue paper. Luckily, I remembered to bring some extra tissue pocket or else I would be using my sleeves to clean it which will only make it worsen in the end.

'I should better be quick or else I might miss the grand opening with the boys.'

I began to walk faster but all of a sudden I felt someone was following me in the dark. Turning my back, I saw no one but myself wandering in the gloomy playground.

'I must've been overthinking. Why would there someone to be around here at such a late hour? Unless they went to the toilet just like me, but I remember that I was the only one that been using the toilet just now.' Shaking my thoughts away, I continue to walk towards the field.

But then, I notice that there's someone silhouette was following me from the back. My heart began to wildly against my chest as I was getting nervous and panicked.

'Gosh! What should I do?!!' I clutch my both fist tightly and looked back to double-check if there's someone was following me.

''H-hello! I-is someone th-there...?'' I called out.

'Why the fck did I attract that person attention?! Now he will be more ready than ever if he wanted to catch me or something! Gosh, how can I be so clumsy...' I silently think to myself as I take a few steps backwards in case I need to run away.

Then, someone grabbed my mouth from my back. I quickly took off my hair stick from my hair bun and instantly my long brown hair falls onto my shoulder. Without hesitation, I immediately aimed for his neck but just then he grabbed my wrist.

''Second attempt of trying to kill me? Miyu-chan, you are sure a scary lady.'' Yuuto smiled at me.

''Y-Yuuto-kun?! Oh, I am so sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you or anything. I just feel someone was following me just now so I just keep my guard up in case if anything happens.'' I quickly draw back my hand.

Then, I cupped his cheeks with my both hand and turn his face right to left to see if I had hurt him.

''All good. No scar or bruise on your pretty face. And you sure do have a pretty jawline over here.''

''Wut ha uiw dowhing? Ret fo hof wie. (What are you doing? Let go of me.)'' Yuuto muttered as I played with his cheek for some time.

''This is a punishment for you since you make me surprised just now. Teehee! By the way, do you mind if you help to tie my hair up, Yuuto-kun? My hair is just getting in the way.'' I handed him the hair stick.

''Fine.'' Yuuto sighed as he rubbed his cheeks that was burning in red. I guess I was a bit to rough on him and I was kinda feeling sorry for him.

As I turn my back, I could feel his fingers were parting my hair (ngl, it kinda felt good). He then pulls my hairs together to the back, rolling them into a bun and secure it with a hair stick. By the time he has finish tying my hair, the fireworks began to start. The night skies were filled with colourful sparks and noises.

''Whoa! Do you saw that? The fireworks look like Mr Moon!'' I pointed up to the sky.

''Yea, yea. Everything that was round you will say it was looking like Mr Moon and shits.'' Yuuto rolled his eyes up. I feel a bit pissed of since he makes it seem I was the one who is childish here.

''Uff! Ouch! Why the hell you punch me, you idiot?'' He holds his stomach.

''That for denying the fact that the fireworks look like Mr Moon and,'' I give him another punch on his shoulder. But this time was much more gentle.

''And this punch to thank you for being there whenever I need you. Thanks, bro.'' I grinned at him.

''Moron.'' Yuuto quickly pulled me into his embrace as his ears began to flushed in red. Then I heard his heart was beating aloud as I pressed my ear against his chest. Somehow I started to feel warm deep inside me. It kinda feels as if I was falling in love with someone.

''Tch!'' The person in a black hoodie cursed when it saw that Miyu was cuddling with Yuuto.

''Fine, I will do it the fast way then. Let's meet her in public.'' Then that person throws an old rag into the trash as he walked away.

After the summer break has ended, the wind begins to feel a bit chilly as autumn was arriving. I took a scarf that my mother makes for me last year and a warm blue jacket that was made out of wool. Looking into the mirror, I was glad that the jacket still fits me and the scarf was as warm as it used to be.

Then, I went downstairs and saw that Hikaru was wearing a thick grey cardigan.

''Sup', Mi-nechan. Wanna some eggs?'' He offered me some scrambled eggs.

''Yo, morning, Hikaru-kun. Of course, I would like to have it all.''

''We better hurry or else we are going late.''

''I know, I know.'' Then, I eat it all down in one bite and wash the plate in the sink.

Everything was doing normal after the firework festival was over but I still couldn't shake the thought of that day. I was sure that there's someone else in that place.

As my mind was filled with a lot of my thoughts, I didn't notice that I was already in the class. I even ignored Yuuto who was trying to catch my attention.

''Miyu-chan. Oi, Miyu-chan! Why are you ignoring me, you baka?'' He whimper.

''Stand up, class!'' All of a sudden, I finally sobered from my thoughts and quickly stand up together with my classmates.

''Good morning, Mrs Suzuki.'' Our class president greeted her then followed by us.

''Morning, please be seated. Today, I would like to introduce you to your new classmate. Please come in and introduce yourself.'' She looked outside the door.

Then I saw a pretty-looking boy with an emotionless face that was about the same height as Yuuto was walking in. His silver hair and fair skin make him looks like a prince that was walking straight out of the fairytales storybook. I notice that his eyes were purple but...it seems that he was wearing a contact lens for me...

''Nice to meet everyone. My name is Shimizu Akane.'' He slightly bows at us.

At this point, I can hear all those girls were whispering excitedly while the boys seem a bit unhappy with it. Well, it was not his fault to born this pretty.

''Shimizu-san, please sit right over the empty space there.'' Mrs Suzuki pointed at the seat in front of me. I have completely forgotten that the student that was seating in front of me had to change his seat after not being able to see from this distance. I started to get panic after I don't know how to introduce myself to him or make friends with him since I was quite shy to strangers.

He then obediently nods his head and went to the seat in front of me. He then glanced at me. All of a sudden, he smiled at me for the first time.

''Nice you meet you, Miyu-san.''

"?!!!" All of a sudden, I feel my hairs are standing when I looked at him in surprise.

"Ehh?!!!!" I freaked out.
