This small sect was precisely located in the corner of the continent called Desolate Plain.

In this world, the cultivation of cultivators starts from the Qi Opening Stage -> Dao Foundation -> Core Formation -> Purple Mansion -> Nascent Soul -> Spirit Transformation. The stages are divided further into nine tiers.

Hong Tian was able to cross from Golden Sand City to Desolate Plain because he was a Core Formation cultivator. However, even he has to pay some price to pass unharmed.
