Thanks to volunteers we able to finally make a breakthrough well sort of the new cursed weapons still try to take control of the wielder but it isn't as strong as before so it has mostly become dark whispering in the back of people's minds unless you are weak willed it shouldn't interfere too much when in use but as the weapon evolves it can get stronger until it reaches its full potential as dependent upon the weapon wielder of said weapon and we discovered that if the weapon evolves past a certain threshold it has the potential to become what we are calling a demonic weapon which is fundamentally different from cursed weapons as it possesses an ego of it's own unlike cursed weapons which don't actually have one and only act instinctively.

Although there have been some successes outside of the norm such as one of our test subjects William the former head of security somehow managed to dispel the curse aspect of his weapon by according to him just by eliminating his own inner demons that got him in this mess in the first place such as his greed and deceptive behavior which is a lot easier said than done as everyone has some hidden desires but he was not an isolated case so we couldn't rule this out there was one instance where a cursed weapon became a holy weapon which the individual known Brigitte who became a obsessed justicar due to her weapons influence and she has yet to reach her weapons full potential which may become a divine weapon which would be incredible as it would be the tenth divine weapon in the empire and the first not connected to an established god or faith but instead bound to me as I marked it early on with my power.

As I saw such potential I also decided to carry a custom pair of twin daggers that I have been feeding my miasma I don't seem to be affected by any negative side effects what so ever but I believe that is mostly due to the fact that my mana was used in it's creation to begin with making the weapons recognize me as their true master which probably meant that I didn't need to mark the holy weapon in the first place but better to safe than sorry so I don't regret my choice I also noticed that those who became monsters are not quite dungeon creatures as still retained a portion of their original selves that prevent them from bonding with my dungeon but there is an exception those that were able to evolve their weapons into demonic weapons then under go a transformation are able to bond with my dungeon but still retain enough of who they were to have minds that are truly their own I call such individuals fiends.

Fiends are less monstrous than those that failed to evolve their weapons to the demonic grade infact the retain most of their human features from before their transformation but become slightly better looking but their eyes give them away and they are much more physically fit having three to ten times their original strength they also completely remember their lives before they changed but are mostly indifferent to it but can easily slip into character they usually don't as they are battle junkies finally finally fiends have dominion over their lesser counterparts but for some reason they are devoted to me even though I could feel that if they wanted to they could defy me because of their spark from their lives before the current ruling head is a axe wielding fiend formally known as Jessica but now goes by Heart Eater.

On a different note I finally found Lilly in one of the caves underground as I couldn't wait any longer for her to return to my side she had changed again as she gained golden tattoos on her back and the sides of her legs her hair had become longer and her breast became bigger and had begun to lactate it all would have seemed like a wet dream if you ignored the dozens of wet eggs everywhere and creepy winged fairy little girls milling about building what would appear to be a hive of some sort and two teenage girls with identical silver tattoos acting as guards for Lilly who sat imperiously on a throne carved out of the cave wall reaching out with my connection to Lilly I still felt my connection but then I noticed her connection to her hive and their connection to me which explained why none of them attacked me on sight but more importantly this was my first true dungeon race as they breed and continue to grow independently and had a rudimentary culture although the last part wasn't truly necessary it was greatly appreciated.
