41 THE MARRIAGE RITUAL (2)

Mu Millie looked at her Nanna and thought I wonder what she is thinking she seems to contemplate about something there is more to this story than I have been told maybe Mu Kai could tell me his side it might be more interesting.

Mu Millie liked the story of the two lovers she wondered why it would be like to love someone she never experienced that in two lifetimes but did she want to! she was sad they had to part and they would only be together in the other world. And she was sad that a brother had to part ways with his twin sister she wonders did they ever meet later in life? It all happened because of the stupid warlock and witch thing and that she is somehow related to all of this and there is more than they are telling her and she is in big trouble?

But she knew she was the one they had predicted so would she be destroyed oh boy what a twist in her life she didn't need. The universe didn't want her to happy at all. What was she supposed to do now runaway on the first day of her marriage she knew she couldn't because it would mean letting her Grandpa and Auntie and Uncle down and her bro they have been nothing kind and loving towards her she didn't want to let them down they were so good to her.

Mu Millie wanted to scream but right she couldn't even do that life sucks. It's all the ancestor's fault they were the ones that wanted the marriage who is running the show some idiot , some crazy person who hasn't got a clue what they are doing they got me into the right pickle only if she could meet this stupid elder she would give her a piece of her mind?

Nanna looked at Mu Millie she was worried after all she was her grandchild how could the ancestors cause such a big blunder she had to think of a way to get Mu Millie out of this mess:" I need to go do you need a thing else from me I need to go do back and consult the elders about this all" she sighed.

Mu Millie looked in a daze she looked at Nanna and smiled:" its okay Nanna you go ahead what is going to happen will happen only the Lord knows maybe this time he is on her side this time, after all, he gave her this second chance she knew he won't let me down this time she looked down at her belly there is no turning back my guts tell me everything is okay and Mu Mai won't harm me so rest assure" she smiled only if she believes what she said herself would be good.

Nanna smiled as she vanished leaving a confused Mu Millie while was still thinking the door knocked she welcomed the distraction she certainly needs it:" come in" while she stood at the window looking out at the breathtaking view it was nothing like Mu Millie had ever seen before in the two life she wanted to go to the down and have a look. The beautiful garden then there was a maze in the middle and the maze, you could see like a pergola and like a summer house there was also a lake it looked so dreamy something out of the picture or postcard.

Mu Kai walked in to see Mu Millie looking at the garden he smiled as he walked towards the window:" you want to take a look at the garden this house has been passed down from generation to generation it's never changed just renovated?" he didn't know how he would take

Mu Millie down to the stone arched in pergola He thought he would have to beg her but fate was playing a big part in it for him today they could get the ritual out of the way maybe he would be able to live more peacefully and he spends time with his beloved and makes her fall in love with me.

Mu Mille smiled:" yes please can I " she looked at him.

The smiled was mesmerising for Mu Kai he had been wanted to see her smile happily, not like the fake smiles she was given to make everyone happy. This made him very happy he had chosen the right partner she was made for him no matter what he wouldn't leave her side she was his in life for a lifetime he didn't want to wait for another life is heart wouldn't be mistaken in recognising its love.

Mu Kai:" come then I will show Mrs Mu Kai I think you know there is a ritual we have to carry out I felt the presence of your ancestors! so you know what I am talking about! so shall we get this over and one with" he smiled at her.

Leaving a shocked my Millie she thought he already knew (oh my Lord!)what now they will sacrifice me in the name of this so call ritual (oh boy!)She looked at her feet she couldn't lie she wouldn't lie the truth was out so what was is there to be afraid of she felt courage build up inside of her she didn't know why she spoke:" yeah your right I did summon her I needed to know what was going on why this house so familiar to me I was very confused about it all and really worried too " she looked up to look him in the eye only to find him smiling at her.

Mu Kai looked at her and thought she has spoken the truth she didn't lie or make an excuse he as relived she is scared this is her self-defence it's so cute but he wouldn't tease her he needed to be truthful whether she carries it out is up to her:" okay that's all I wanted to now I want to know are you okay with the ritual we will carry out today " he looked at her face he didn't want to miss any expression on her face that would tell him what was true and want was made up.

Mu Millie looked at him she gathers her dress at the side squeezing her hands into fists:" can I ask will it hurt or harm my babies" she was straight forward.

Mu Kai looked at her:" I haven't done it before it the first time but I have been told it's not painful and I will not let anything happen to you or the babies I promise okay pinky swear" he put his pinky out towards Mu Millie.

Mu Millie was deeply grateful that he said this to her then the pinky finger mind-blower he was consoling her while taking her to be slaughter in the name of some ritual she put her pinky finger in his she smiled oh you know how to lure a lady in don't you:" thank you, Kai I will go ahead then" she smiled as they did their pinky swear.

Mu Kai step forward and kissed Mu Millie on the cheek which took her by surprise she smiled as his lips touched her cheek but set her body on fire she wanted more but she was too shy to ask anyone why she felt this feeling. she had been touched all over by Feng Chou in two lifetimes he always made her cringe but never felt this way this was a foreign feeling.

Mu Kai didn't miss her reaction he was happy with the result he was expecting a slap tho was all good:" there is more where that came from Mrs Kai" he winked at Mu Millie

Mu Kai held her hand walked her to the garden they walked around the maze and to the middle where there were a stone table and stone bench there was also a waterfall which more the size of the pool it was so amazing Mu Millie was taken back how beautiful this place has she felt this place was so familiar to her she was happy and sad at the same time she thought what is mixed emotions she is having. She didn't know when he gripped Mu Kai hand tightly intertwined their fingers together she was feeling anxious now like she would lose something.

Mu Kai looked down at their hand he was very happy that she held on to him in fear that's what he was here for so she can rely on him. He walked through the waterfall which wet them both into the cave there was a stone pillar like a stone time table she had seen in the history books she had read this stone table top had some kind of symbols on it she would see the four elements on it too with some things under was a star was carved on the floor with symbols on it which Mu Millie seem to know it was like she had made these her self how? There was another mystery that she needed to know about, they walked to the middle and stood on either side of the small stone pillar Mu Kai didn't let go of Mu Millie's hand he placed his other hand out Mu Millie didn't know why she placed her other hand in his, it was like she was being controlled she but she wanted to do it it was making no sense.

Mu Kai spoke to her:" Millie trust me I will not let anything happen to you this will you complete this marriage with me" he smiled.

Mu Millie:" huh marriage this is a marriage I thought we were completing a ritual we already married arent we " she looked surprised.

Mu Kai:" This is it the ritual is the completion of our marriage in front of the ancestors well my ancestors I don't know if your's will attend but they most welcome" he smiled.

Mu Millie:" what about mine can they come too please" she didn't even know why she just like that for but she had.

Mu Kai smiled:" yeah of course if they want to but they never attend them before I have been told this will be the first time but they are most welcome and the more attention the blessings will revise so all is good " he looked at Mu Millie and winked.

Mu Mile let go of Mu Kai one hand and held her neckless she summoned her Nanna. When Nanna appeared she was happy she smiled at the both of them:" we all heard and will be attending too" she smiled.

Mu Millie asked:" what do we do then" she was nervous as hell at was about to happen at least the ancestors would be here if anything was to happen although she didn't know what good they we're to her.

Mu Kai smiled:" we take our amulet off and place in our hands then we chant I was told that once our amulets are in our hands we will know what to say and then it will happen like it supposed to I am guessing, to be honest, I have no clue" he shrugged his shoulders.
