I hate myself

I hate my thighs

My arms

My hair

My stomach

The way I walk

Run

And Talk

I hate it

I don't like anything about me

I don't like my writing

I hate my art

And I hate the things enjoy 

I'm ashamed of them

And I learned I should hate them

I hate the way I am

I don't think there is one good thing about me

I can't look in the mirror for too long

I can't 

I hate how round my face is 

How I have bags under my eyes

I hate how I'm up all night crying myself to sleep

And yet I still can't sleep 

It's just me and my hateful thoughts

I hate how I can eat myself alive

I hate how I'm okay with it

I hate myself
