As Akira stepped into the headquarters of the Superhuman Task Force, he was met with a sense of anticipation and determination. Saitoki Arima stood at the entrance, ready to greet him.
"Welcome, Akira," Arima said with a nod. "I'm glad you made it. Today, you officially become a member of our team."
Akira nodded in acknowledgment, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. This was the moment he had been waiting for, the chance to work alongside seasoned superhumans to protect the city.
Arima led Akira through the bustling corridors, introducing him to the other team members. First, they met Kaito, a young man with sharp eyes and a focused expression.
"This is Kaito," Arima said, gesturing toward him. "He has inherited his mother's ability to detect sound. With his power, he can hear any sound within a radius of 3 kilometers."
Kaito extended his hand, offering a friendly smile. "Nice to meet you, Akira. I'm sure your superhuman strength will come in handy during our missions."
Next, they met Saito, Kaito's twin brother. Saito had a calm demeanor, his eyes filled with a quiet intensity.
"This is Saito," Arima introduced. "He inherited his father's power, the ability to create protective shields against direct attacks."
Saito nodded at Akira, his presence exuding a sense of reliability. "Welcome to the team, Akira. We've heard great things about your strength."
Finally, they came across Yuna, a petite woman with an air of mystery surrounding her. Her movements were swift and graceful, her eyes sharp and observant.
"And this is Yuna," Arima said, introducing the final member. "She possesses godly reflexes and can move faster than anyone on our team."
Yuna smirked playfully. "Nice to have you on board, Akira. We'll make quite the formidable team."
As the team settled into a conference room, Arima shared a piece of important information. "We received a tip that someone matching the description of the man in the white robe from the video was spotted near the central park."
The mention of the man in the white robe sent a chill down Akira's spine. He clenched his fists, ready to take action.
"Let's move out," Akira said, his voice filled with determination.
The team gathered their gear and made their way to the central park. Akira could feel the tension in the air as they navigated the crowded streets, their senses heightened.
As they approached the park, Yuna's sharp eyes caught a glimpse of movement.
"There! I see him," she whispered, pointing to a figure in a white robe lurking near a cluster of trees.
Without hesitation, the team spread out, each member taking their position. Akira felt a surge of adrenaline coursing through his veins as he prepared to confront the potential threat.
As they closed in on the figure, they noticed his eyes darting around, filled with unease. Akira's heart pounded in his chest as he moved closer, ready to apprehend the suspect.
With a swift, synchronized motion, the team surrounded the man in the white robe, effectively cutting off his escape. Akira locked eyes with the suspect, his gaze filled with determination.
"Who are you, and what are you doing here?" Akira demanded, his voice laced with authority.
The man in the white robe trembled, his voice shaking as he responded, "I... please....please help us we are survivors from the Kyoto attack after the blast those who were still alive were taken as hostages and they took us all using some kind of ability and the next thing we knew was we all were in a warehouse then a man used something which summoned this collars around our necks and we can't disobey him now, please... save me and the others too we are innocent he will kill all of us and i don't know how many more will die because of us as we are loaded with explosives... i-i beg you please save us....." As the man cried for help Akira's eyes filled with anger for the man who's behind all this and he couldn't help but wonder what he can do to save them....
