A week later, the team was summoned to headquarters to discuss the future plans of the Hero Task Force and put an end to the chaos and fear inflicted by the All-Seeing Eyes. Upon Akira's arrival, he noticed Yuna and Kaito engaged in conversation with a tall, formidable-looking individual around their age. Approaching them, Akira extended his hand for a greeting, only to be met with an excessively firm handshake. The newcomer introduced himself as Kobayashi Haruki, expressing his eagerness to work alongside Akira. Despite Akira's strengthened arms, he could still feel the immense pressure from Haruki's grip. Before they could further interact, Arima intervened, calling everyone inside the discussion room.

As they gathered inside, Arima initiated the conversation. "As we all know, the All-Seeing Eyes have brought devastation and suffering throughout Japan. They have taken away the lives of our loved ones. It's time for us to unite, bring them down, and put an end to this darkness." The Chief of the Superhuman Task Force, Itsuki Haru, entered the room, and everyone rose, saluting their superior before taking their seats again.
