Rhiannon's POV
The cabin was ridiculous. Obscenely over the top. Opulent. Luxurious.
Ridiculous.
It wasn't like there were an exorbitant amount of rooms. It had a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. But the way these things were arranged, the square footage of each area, it was almost excessive.
Rhiannon had started to get nervous when John had driven past all of the little RV parks, and the regular collections of cabins and lodges. He had wound high up into the mountains, remote from the rest of the spaces she knew people stayed. She was starting to worry they were lost when they finally arrived at their destination.
The bedroom was a lofted space over the living room with a massive wall of windows looking out into the woods. The bed had to be at least a king size mattress, and it was covered in soft, fluffy comforters and pillows.
Rhiannon had collapsed onto it at once, wanting to lay down and sleep in the peace of it all for ages.
