The world is about to end? So what?

- Why do you think that i care? -- Kerren answered while looking at her. - You're supposed to! This world is your home... -- she could barely talk at this point. /// PLEASE READ MY REVIEW TO THIS NOVEL! /// - Oh? My home? Well... That's too bad then, my home is going to be destroyed... -- he pretended to think for a while -- Right! -- he exclaimed -- I'm just going to find a new one! Why bother saving one that is filled with cockroaches and wasps? -- his gaze fixed on her face, as if he was pointing at her. - You dont understand!.. You cant leave this world... We're locked here... -- she revealed, it didn't surprise Kerren at all. - Uh... Stop thinking too highly of yourself, it's you who cant leave it -- he countered her reveal with his own -- Also, why dont YOU sacrifice yourself for the sake of your home? -- he asked back. - I'm not strong enough, the barrier wont work for long!.. -- she tried to find a reason behind her hypocricity. - Well, you'll have to choose between that and looking at your planet being absorbed by that tower -- he looked at the giant pillar in the sky. -- Wait, i think i forgot to tell you something... -- he looked back at her -- I was the one who summoned it here... -- he smiled happily.

Is it broken?..

After Kerren entered the dungeon he immediately ran off while people weren't looking.

There was no point in him staying with others. He could solo it, why would he stop to hear some bullcrap tactics from inadequate leaders?

Well, he wasn't sure that they were bad, it's just that he felt that there's no need for him to listen to anything, as he could just solve any problem with power.

The dungeon itself wasn't anything out of the ordinay. It was a giant graveyard filled with some vile aura and tombstones.

It was obvious which monsters would be here, thus Kerren didn't even bother to rely on external help to conquer it.

As for the boss? It could be anything from a death knight to a lich, it didn't really matter what it was as it was clearly just an "A" rank dungeon.

For Kerren those were like walks in the park now. Using his spells he would just avoid all of the unnecessary fights and go straight for the boss.

Luckily, this dungeon wasn't large. If it was Kerren would've spent much more mana.

As such, 10 or so minutes and some boring fights he was right before the boss.

This time it was a posessed warior. Not a common type of enemy, but wasn't unique either.

Thus, just 3 or so seconds later people saw the message that informed them that the dungeon is cleared and it will close after a certain period of time.

...

- What?

It wasn't just one voice that couldn't be held. Many people couldn't understand what happened!

- Is this a bug or something? How is it cleared? We just entered!

Many tried to theorize...

- What about the rewards, where's the window?

After one said it many realized that something was wrong. There was no reward window!

That was virtually impossible, did the boss die of old age of something?

- Do any of you see the reward window? Any names inside?

The leader who was instrucing people earlier suddenly cried out.

To his surprise no responses came, as if it really was some sort of a bug.

Even if rare, such things did happen. One famous example of that is that when an S ranked dungeon was raided in Kerren's previous life.

The boss, who was a wyvern, got in a fight with another wyvern, it's wing got damaged in a fight and it simply fell to it's death.

Sadly, however, since none of the raiders hit the boss before it died - none of them got any rewards, as such, it was exactly the same as it was now.

However, it happened in the future, thus, people were somewhat new to such things. They were still on the right track thought.

After some more thinking from their side they decided to simply leave the dungeon after looking around for a while.

Maybe they'll be able to find at least something of value, so this raid isn't a complete failure...

However, after some time they decided to abandon the idea, as if they suddenly stumbled upon enemies their life wouldn't be as carefree.

As for Kerren? He didn't bother looking around. Even if this place had some materials - so what? They were trash in his eyes. More than that, if his pockets weren't completely empty now he wouldn't have bothered to raid dungeons!

He had better things to do, auctions, for example. He could steal some ore and make a "godly" artefact, that would give him lots of crystals!

Raiding was a thing only because he was completely empty, he wanted to have at least some crystals available to start much bigger things.

Before leaving, however, he tested out some theories of his regarding the structure of a dungeon, sadly, none of them worked.

What were they? Well, he though that he could breach the "dungeon wall" which was... a wall, obviously. It limited the zone of the dungeon, and nobody knew what was after it!

Except Kerren, it was just mana and some bullcrap ooze that was there. As for the reason he wanted to break it? He wanted to get more of that ooze for experiments.

After he left he immediately went to check other available dungeon. Since it wasn't a problem for him to bribe someone - why bother?

Kerren also checked the outer tower dungeon and news about it, why? Because it could be the most important dungeon ever!

It allowed the world to basically ascend above and beyond it's previous state. Obviously, Kerren and Yusaya were the only people who knew about that, but so what?

Sooner or later they will think of raiding the second floor, and when that happens? Well, they will have an unexpected boss encounter, one which they will never be able to beat!

However, it's still a long time until they will attempt such a thing. Kerren wasn't even sure about their knowledge regarding the second floor, maybe they were clueless that it even existed?

As such, he decided to focus on making his pocket weight more... For now.

...

- Number of eruptions greatly increased all over the world, it is reported that every minute another dungeon erupts, taking lives of innocent with it -- a voice sounded from someone's phone.

That someone was sitting in a plastic chair in his backyard, it looked completely normal with one exception... there were bodies all around him...

Those bodies weren't human, however. Kobolds, goblins, even an orc was among them...

- It is unknown if it's tied to the sudden increase in mana level all around the world. We strongly advise not to leave your house if you aren't awakened...

The person didn't bother to listen anymore and started browsing local news website...

"Sudden increase in "broken" dungeons in Horkia and Nwasse districts"

"DONT FALL TO THIS SCAM! How to avoid getting scammed by vile people! Read and you wont regret!"

"Warhound puppies! How to raise and train so they dont kill you!"

"20% crime increase in Horkia distict over the last week"

"Ever felt that your armorer is a fraud? Not a problem! Come to "Best Armorer" shop in Nwasse distict! You wont miss the signboard! We also sell swords and take orders!"

-* How is that a new?...

The man thought lazily...

-* Swords, huh?...

He looked at the broken sword lying near him

-* I guess i'll have to read that anti-scam thing first...

I actually wonder if people read it or not... It's like i'm a lamb trying to find it's way through fog, i can't see anything unless it's right infront of me...

Speaking of which, mind dropping some power stones?
