"Raymond." A gentle but masculine voice said as something parted his cheek.
Ray forced his eyes open and saw the smile that age had mellowed down looking at him.
"Dad." He said with disbelief.
After all, this man was dead.
"Don't be so shocked. We are currently inside your mind." The man laughed a bit at the end in the way Ray definitely remembered as clear as day.
"Inside my mind? What happened?" Ray said as he sat up and looked around to find that alert from the bed he was lying on, the rest of the area was completely blank.
