To his delight, he watched as the numbers flickered and his dexterity increased to ten points. Could this really be happening? Could he really have become a real-life Wish System All-Star?

Still dressed in his hospital gown, Keith picked up a bunch of grapes from the bedside table and got up. As he left the ward, he shouted in his mind, Eye of detection. Instantly, he could see a red light shooting out from a young nurse in front of him.

Any living being glowing red under the eye of detection had an unfulfilled wish at that very moment. He noticed that the nurse was in a hurry, so he walked over to her and politely asked, Excuse me, miss, what's the matter? Congrats, you have earned one coin.

The young nurse was cute and a little naive-looking. Judging by her behavior, she'd only just graduated. She looked at him anxiously and answered, A dose of anesthetic for my patient has gone missing.

What should I do? If I can't find it, the head nurse will eat me alive. She might even fire me.

Anesthetic? Keith asked, looking around. Something caught his attention, and he said in a low voice, Don't move.

What? The nurse stopped immediately and looked at him with an expression of alarm. Keith extended his hand, brushing past the nurse's ear.
