"Oh! Is the popcorn finished? What should I do now? Should I join the fight?" I looked at the empty pack, sadly.
"My Lord, with your help, the fight will end faster." Hakurou commented from behind.
"Hmm? You are right. This may also make a good impression on the team. I might even get the chance to join the Avengers." I agreed with Hakurou jokingly.
I put the packet inside the pearl, got up, and dusted my back. I looked at where Widow was fighting and grinned. 'Let's make a good impression on her first.'
I took out Rhitta and threw it towards one of the giant monsters with 50% of my power. Rhitta shot towards the monster, making a straight line of light and cutting it into two.
The sudden attack from me alerted all the avengers, and they looked towards me. Especially Tony, he never left me out of his observation.
I laughed and jumped off the building. I was free falling from the biggest buildings of NYC without any worries.
I then took out a bow from my pearl and shot three arrows of ice towards three chitauri aliens during my free fall. All three hit the mark and gave Natasha a chance to breathe.
*boom*
I finally hit the ground with a bang. Instead of me getting hurt, the ground underneath me crack like spider web. Dusts blocked the vision of all the avengers.
Natasha and Hawkeye pointed their gun and arrow towards me, and the Captain was ready to face me if I showed any hostility. Hulk was busy smashing, while Tony fought the aliens and observed me from the sky.
Thor also decided to make an entrance and come to the team with his hammer.
The dust was cleared, and I saw the serious face of all the Avengers. I chuckled and said "hi"
"Who are you?"
"Oh! Where are my manners?" "Hello, I am Arjun, a normal guy here to help."
They were, of course, not as excited as me.
"What are you? I don't know any human who can survive from that kind of fall." Thor demanded.
"Who said I am a human? Like you, I am a god too, Thor, son of Odin." I looked at him confusedly. I thought he would be able to sense me.
"Oh, God? What God are you? I never heard of you before?"
I grinned and replied "make a guess"
"Heed my Will, come to me, Divine Axe Rhitta." Before he could say anything, I moved my hand forward like Thor and called Rhitta.
Just like his Hammer, my Axe came to me and grabbed it with one hand. This surprised Thor, and he looked at his hammer.
We looked at each other. Captain finally asked "are you here to help?"
I looked at him and nodded. Captain nodded and said "then please do, the area is still full of civilians."
I smiled and said "sure". I put the axe on my shoulder as if there was no weight on it.
"Room"
A blue transparent spherical forcefield spread around me. It almost covered half of the city, almost all the area that was in danger.
"Shambles"
I use the next skill of the devil fruit. All the civilians that were in the vicinity of the area of war teleported outside the zone of war.
"Ok, all the civilians are out of danger. You can now fight without worries." I said to the Captain with a smile.
He looked confused, but before he could ask anything Tony's answer came through the com. "He is right. The city is clear of all civilians."
This surprised all the avengers and looked at me with a shocked and thankful look. They then look at Thor weirdly.
"What? I am god of thunder, not some weird power." Thor replies and flies to the sky with his hammer, annoyed.
Natasha chuckled at his reply and said to me "thank you for the help. It relieves us from a big worry."
I waved my hand and replied "never mind, I am here to help, ain't I?"
I then fly to the sky after Thor with my axe. All the Avengers looked at me with a sigh of relief. They didn't completely trust me, but at least they were happy that I was on their side.
As soon as I came to the sky, I laughed and started a killing spree. My targets were, of course, all the big ones.
Captain looked at Hakurou and asked "and who are you?"
"I am Lord Arjun's attendance. He wants me to help you down here." Hakurou replied while stroking his bread.
"So are you a god too?" Natasha tried to probe.
He looked at her and replied, "it's not good manners to probe someone, young lady. But I can answer this question. No, I am not a god."
