Background of our country prologue (2)

I'm Ben that guy who has depression, but who cares about that I'm sure your confused about our country and our government. I don't know everything but I know a lot so our country used to be a part of America we also are in 2040, actually let me step back a little earlier to 2022 when a new country joined forces with America. To help the war that would be coming up WW3 but in the middle of the war our country turned are back on America, although they did kept a lot of America's elements in their country, for example the schools. Our country you could call in a dictatorship Our one governor controls the whole country and we have strict laws and the governor makes it up as she goes along. Sometimes I feel she likes killing people. WW3 destroyed America although some of the states survived now most of the states are restored. That's all I know I'm Sure there's more but dictator Armstrong (that's her last name) would never tell us.
