Chapter 117 The orphan

The inside of the house was much dirtier than Arthur initially expected from the outside but he didn't complain as he motioned Ian to clean things up which he did with a helpless face.

" Thank you, uncle."

Naruto felt embarrassed when he saw another person was cleaning his house rather than himself, but Arthur didn't allow him to help instead he silently sat down with him together whilst opening his bag to take out the food.

" Simon, could you start the stove? Heat these things up."

Arthur handed the food to him, but Pheonix grabbed the bag, heating things with his ability.

" Relax, I got this. Here you go."

He put the items on the table whilst Simon took out plates from the shelves which were covered in dust. He didn't say anything as he washed the dishes, preparing the food with a calm face.

" Eat it."

Arthur gestured to Naruto to eat because he saw he was drooling over the food and he noticed there were many instant noodles in this house which was bad for a kid like him.

" Rest of you, eat it together. So, whom do you get money from, Naruto?"

Arthur asked calmly, taking a bite of his BBQ with a gentle expression. The steam hit Naruto's face as he bit the meat with a delighted face.

" Grandpa gives me. I know he is a busy man, so I don't ask more."

Arthur saw the downcast of his face when he was talking about his life in front of him. Even others noticed he was hiding his pain behind his little back because he was a tough child. This made Arthur's heart ache with pain because he saw the faces of his disciples from him.

" Naruto, I want you to take this card. When you need something to eat or use, go to the nearest Future store and get everything that you need. It will cover your cost."

Arthur put the black card in his tiny hand along with the signature of his name on it to prove its authenticity.

" But, uncle!"

Naruto tried to refuse his card but Arthur didn't let him do so as he got up from his seat with others.

" We will leave now and meet you later. Don't forget to eat well until we meet."

Arthur said gently, leaving the flustered Naruto behind in his home as he left the house with a serious face.

" Buy the entire area and renovate this building. Don't force things on the tenants."

Arthur instructed Igashi to buy the area because he thought it was a good place. Although he wanted to give a house to his new student, he knew Naruto wouldn't agree to it, so he just bought the area with his money.

He wouldn't allow anyone to alienate his disciple and he wanted to give him a good place to live.

" Take to Fugake and then we will meet the old man. I want to hear their explanation for this."

Arthur spoke coldly, thinking they had something bad. Especially after seeing his house with his eyes, Arthur was convinced someone was behind this tragedy since no one knew his identity.

" Yes, my lord."

After an half hour, Arthur reached the clan area of Uchiha as he stood before the gate. The young guard looked at him with disdain because he thought this man was entering his clan without permission.

" Hold. State your purpose!"

He looked at the men with suspicion in his eyes because one of them seemed to be from Cloud Village due to his skin color and that was Pheonix.

" I am here to meet your clan head. Tell him that his master came to visit him."

Arthur spoke calmly, looking at the young guard. However, the young guard immediately raised his weapon because there was no way this young man was their head's master and he was bluntly disrespecting them.

" How dare you to utter such nonsense! Seize him and place him in jail."

He roared with anger, placing ropes on their wrists but before he could do that an elderly man ran out from the post while hitting his head with frustration. He then bowed his head to Arthur since he knew his identity.

" Lord Arthur, it is an honor to host you here."

He spoke with a deep voice.
