Chapter - 112 [ Demon Princess Is Wierd? ]

On their way, Adam asked,

"So, Where is this place?"

Beta revealed it without doubting him.

"It's in an uninhabited island. But before we go there, I'll warn you. The core is very dangerous existence. Although it doesn't have any power, it's existence is far more noble than even me. It may resist since you are a human?"

'Why did you ask as if I am not a human?!'

"Whatever. Even if I can't go together with you, I can atleast stop them from advancing, can't I?"

She nodded. On the sky, he opened a gate to the Vampire Continent (Islands) and the duo passed through it.

Glare, the current queen of vampires was lying on a bed together with her maid/sister. Suddenly she jumped from the bed sensing a presence near her. She was startled because she couldn't sense who it was. She was a strong lady. One of the strongest. So no one should be able to sneak behind her.

"Who dares to barge in here..?!"

Shocked by the loud scream, Dia who was still half asleep jumped out of the bed in a hurry. Though they took a fighting stance nervously, without needing the intruder to tell the answer, the two girls instantly recognised a familiar young man together with a white haired beauty with three horns on her head.

"Adam!"

"Master!"

Though they saw the women, they ignored her and jumped at him and hugged him after screaming his name.

He returned their embrace with a soft and affectionate smile. Beta who was ignored by the girls squinted her eyes slightly before she eyed the trio with curiosity.

Although she is long lived, she was curious as to why do humans have relationships. Although she knows they are doing so because of love and care for each other, she can't find the true answer for the question deep inside her heart. She was sure her master would teach her the meaning behind love, but at the same time she was scared of how she would change because of that.

Though he sensed that beta was having some kind of battle with her own mind with how much her facial expressions are changing, he decided not to pry into it. After sharing a deep kiss with the pair of lovable bloodsuckers, he said,

"I'm back, Glare, Dia..."

The two girls didn't let go of him. Although he was only gone for some weeks, they began to miss him very much.

"I know I am being a little insensitive here, but I need to ask you something. I'll make it upto you later."

Though the both of them tilted their heads in confusion, they didn't blame him. After all, they know that he must have something important to do so if he is apologising.

As the head of the pair, Glare asked,

"What's wrong, Adam?"

While she was asking, Dia excused herself from the discussion and went to the corner of the room so that she can prepare something to drink for her master.

Hearing her, Adam showed her the stone and asked,

"Have you seen something like this in the castle or in the treasury of the royal clan?"

'Wait? Shouldn't I have asked Jace or Damon? Haah... I'm sometime acting like a total idiot! Well, whatever. Since I asked her already I'll get this over with.'

"Hm? It's a beautiful stone.. but unfortunately, I wasn't really interested in wealth. So I didn't open it even once. Since this is a right time, why don't we go look for it together?"

Adam searched the treasury with his eyes and found one. They went there and took it out of a small box.

"Now we have two of them. One from Grania and from here. They have two with them, there is three more. Though we don't know who has it, the options are demon kind, Demi-humans, or Dragon Kind. We may have to travel the whole world for that..... Beta?"

"Yes, Master?"

"Do you know anyone from either of these people? If so, I want you to go there and try to talk things out. If not, you can use violence."

After thinking for a while, Beta answered,

"I know the dragon Emperor. Though I am not sure if he's the same person even now. I'll go there and try to get the stone."

After saying so, her figure disappeared like a mist.

'If all they have is magic king level being as the leader, then they do not have the power to go against multiple powerhouses. After all, the dragon kind have someone on the same level as Cel. So, beta should be enough. While she's doing that, I should go to Demon Continent. I heard they are not so great people to talk to. But I'll have to try.'

"Glare, Dia, there are some problems. So, I can't accompany you guys. Once this is over, I'll pamper you both."

They nodded and saw him off after giving him one last passionate kiss.

After leaving the vampire continent, Adam flashed towards the demon continent. Though he could go to Demi-humans first, he wanted to know where the stone is. If he found it in the demon continent, he will try to talk to them.

Although it took him only a few hours to reach his destination via flight, he decided to be passive and not make a scene. So, he transformed into a demon he thought how they look like. His silver hair became dark brown, his skin became a little tanned, he changed his face as well.

'The demon respect the strong. So, if I enter with the intention of challenging their superiors preferably their king, later I can win against them with a bet for them hearing me out. Although I can sneak on them easily, I don't want to make them think of the humans in a bad way. It's better if their kind have the same goal as us.'

Muttering this in his own mind, Adam entered the massive gates just like he found in vampire country, guarded by heavy security. Since he can't enter without clearing his identity, Adam decided to sneak in only through the gates.

Even though he entered through the gates, he could only see a large uninhabited land. With his vision he could see that people lived a little far from his position. But to see a land where demons lived without any form of destruction was little different from what he imagined.

'Perhaps they are not like the demons I thought they were. Hm? What's that?'

Something caught his eyes. It was a flying figure. Though they were flying, it seems they were pushed onto the air during a fight. As the future was flying towards his direction, Adam instinctively catched the person and landed on the ground safely.

"Are you okay?"

He asked and looked towards the victim he thought is. However in that position was a girl probably around the age of 21 or so, staring at him with unwavering eyes. Though he felt awkward about her staring, Adam couldn't ask again as he stopped the incoming kick to his face with a hand.

Looking at the assaulter, Adam saw that it was a man with one horn on the side of his head. He has black brown skin, dark blue hair and amber eyes.

'He must be a demon. But why is he fighting a fellow demon?'

His eyes returned to the girl who was still staring at him with curiosity and intrigue.

She had tanned brown skin, but unlike the other demon, her hair was pure white and her eyes was gold.

'Hmm... Anyway, I'll ask them first before trying to do anything.'

But before he could ask anything, the demon who felt like he was ignored and was being looked down upon, screamed,

"How dare you ignore me..!?!?"

His fist exploded with a terrifying amount of magic and tried to punch Adam. But surprising both the demon and the girl, Adam nullified the magic and slammed the demon's body down like a meteor.

"Guhh..!?"

Adam then sensed a few more presence nearing him. And they were leaking bloodlust against him.

Soon, three people landed on the ground making the earth vibrate with reverberation.

"Foolish one! Do you know who you are touching?!"

"Let's just kill him. I'm sure that person don't mind one loss."

"How pitiful, Lurdros! To think you would lose to such a weakling!"

Hearing their scream, Adam now had a few idea on who all of them are, including the girl who is now acting like a kitten and sniffing him.

Though he never thought something like this would happen, he was feeling okay since he can get closer to the demons this way. After all, if his guess is correct, they must be generals working under the demon king, and the girl must be the demon princess.

However before he could say anything, the three tried to attack him. So not wanting to hurt a potential allies, Adam just released his aura on them, of course enough to only restraint them not kill them.

The four figure including the fainted demon who attacked him first, was being pressed onto the ground like a lifeless bodies. Though they tried to resist, the wave that's pushing them was too much of a power to ignore.

Sighing slightly, Adam turned towards the girl and asked,

"Can you take me to your demon king who I presume is your father?"

The girl tilted her head cutely and smiled before nodding. However the three people yelled,

"No, Princess! You shouldn't!"

"He's an enemy!"

"Princess!"

However against their requests, she said,

"He's not an enemy? He's here to talk. Right?"

Though he was surprised by her claim, since that was the truth, he nodded with a smile.

"See?"

However the three wasn't convinced.

"I never seen a demon who's stronger than us other his majesty! He's dangerous, princess!"

The other two had the same thoughts. However surprising the trio and Adam, the girl said as if it's the most natural thing,

"But, he's not a demon? He's a human!"

'This girl.... She's dangerous!'

« I'm surprised too. Although it's not surprising to be found out by someone stronger than you, she's weaker than you by a huge margin. So, I guess she has good eyes. Though we can't be sure what can she see from looking at you. You should act cautiously around her. »

Adam too thought so.

"Wha?!?! A human?! How is that possible!? This whole continent is being gaurded by our soldiers everytime! It's impossible for a human to have sneaked in!"

Though their logic was correct, the girl pointed at Adam and said,

"It's possible because it's him. He's way stronger than every demon in this continent. Including my father."

Her words were like a chilling fire crawling on their skin as they imagined a being Stronger than their king.

Adam was once again surprised by the girl, although he wasn't actively trying to hide his power, it was admirable that she was able to Intuit his strength.

Not minding her words which can be considered a privacy violation if the situation was different, Adam patted her head slightly and said,

"That's right. As she said, I'm very strong. But that is not the reason I'm here today. I'm here to talk to your king. Take me there."

The girl nodded once again before she pulled his hands and began running. The four people tried to stop their princess, however she just ignored them.

The two figures, Adam and the demon princess bolted towards the castle of demon king like a unstoppable flying force.....
