Chapter - 111 [ Strategic Meeting! - 2 ]

Adam began the story of an unknown person. A god.

He wanted to find something interesting. He tried giving life to this world. But problems arise giving him more headaches.

He found a solution for the problem. Thus he thought everything ended for good. But the problems kept arising. He then created a corps of soldiers called Apostles to keep the justice.

But one of the Apostles betrayed his master, the god. He somehow got the control over the remaining Apostles and massacred almost all the living things in the world.

The god who regretted his decision created seven beings who can defeat the apostles.

At last, a terrifying battle took place! The seven beings who were called the guardians of the world was defeated due to the unprecedented ascension of the leader of the Apostles to false g hood. It was a temporary ascension.

In the final battle, the god fought against the Apostle God and defeated him using his own life force. But, the Apostle God escaped through a space rift and was never to be found. The god who used his life force was forced in to a deep slumber after making a barrier to protect the world for a while.

After saying everything, Adam looked at the people who were sweating heavily due to the nervousness and anxiety.

"Did any of you understood why am I saying this..?"

As the intelligent one as always, Sarya asked,

"That story is real..? I mean, that's something that happened during ancient times? Even If that's the case, then how do you know about it?"

He wasn't very happy with her way of asking, but he decided to be a little magnanimous and let her off this time.

"That's correct. This is not just a story. It's an ancient history. As for how I know it, that is where Beta's presence answers you. She was the one who revealed this to me after all. Ah, also, do you remember the seven guardians of the world?"

'Wait! It can't be...!' Sarya already guessed it correctly. Everyone else nodded their heads to him. He continued,

Everyone was silent. The room became so silent that no one wanted to say anything more.

"Now, as for why I am saying this and how is this related to the current situation, as you know she has the knowledge from ancient times. So she knows about the divine stone more than myself. Since she already revealed it's nature, I'll continue our discussion."

"The goal of this group probably is to access all divine stones and gain control over the world. They don't need to kill anyone if their aim was only an unknown stone. Though I don't know how they knew about them. Since their aim is this stone, I'll be keeping it with me till we finish everything."

He explained. "I am planning to prevent them from achieving their goal myself. Of course I don't need any help. If I need it, I can always call for the girls. My only warning is, to protect the country while I am acting. I don't want them to make a cowardly move after all..."

The others wanted to say something, but knowing their current limits, they can only obey him for now. Besides, there is no disadvantage for them if he were the one to take action. They do not lose money, soldiers, or time.

'Finding them is not a hard task since Beta knows about this stone.If their aim is to control the world, they have to reach the where the core is. Also, If our enemy is stronger than we originally thought, I can call for Helena. Unifying with her will increase my strength to atleast near the false god level. That is enough for us to fight now.....'

"Although I said this, I am sure they have other plans. That is why, be warned. Anything can happen. We all have our own duties. Fulfill them. Also, I've already prepared a way for your groups to return. After the meeting is over, Rastus will explain everything."

After saying so, he left together with Beta and Celeste. Resta decided to stay so that she can talk to the rulers a bit more about Adam's plans which he already revealed to her.

Outside the castle, Adam turned towards Celeste and was about to apologise to her because he can't take her with him. But knowing what he was about to do, she stopped him by placing her finger on his lips.

"I know what you are trying to say, Adam. But I am not weak. Sure, compared to you, Ancestor and Lady Beta, I am weak. But, I am the spirit queen and your wife. I can't standby and watch what's about to happen and leave everything to you. No matter what, even if you were to hate me for it, I'll also fight together with you!"

Knowing she will not change her decision, Adam sighed. He understood her feelings. A year or back, he was weaker than her. He would have depended on her when needed. But now that he was stronger, he was neglecting their feelings using his selfishness of wanting to keep them safe.

"I am sorry, Cel. I know I've been selfish all along. I am becoming a failure of a master and a husband...hahahaha..."

Hearing his half hearted laugh, Celeste shook her head and said while holding his hand tightly,

"No. I... we know why you are being like that. Even if it's selfish, you are doing it for our safety. Because of your love and care for us. But you see Adam, unlike me who can atleast be stubborn at times like I did before, the other girls are feeling more than just vexed. They are feeling like they are a burden to you. I am not saying that it's a bad thinking. It has an advantage and a disadvantage. It can make them more ambitious and hardworking. But it can also make them work over their limits which may end up harming them. Although it's my first time being in a relationship, as one of them, I know what it feels. There is nothing that can be done to change these facts. However, you shouldn't neglect their feelings. Even if it's dangerous, there are people who can protect them. It can be me, you, lady Beta, or anyone else. You probably don't know this. And I am not supposed to say this either. But I have to do this to change your doubts. During our girls time, they always talk about how to improve themselves more rather than what girls of their age might discuss. They once asked me if there is a way for them to advance more easily."

She stopped to breathe in a lot of air. In that split second, Adam's mind was taking in all these information.

'They are not the one who were a burden. It was me. I was the one who increased their burden. How could I forget! They are my family. My everything! If I can't even give them what they want, then what am I even getting stronger for..?!'

Since his mind was in a turmoil, Maya decided to calm his mind a little.

« Adam, calm down. Your emotions are a mess. Control it rather than let it control you. »

Hearing the calm and soothing voice, Adam sighed deeply once more.

'I am sorry, Maya. And thank you.'

« No. I am only doing what is right. It's my duty to lead you through the correct path. For now, your most wanted attention is on the attack. As for the girls, I have an idea. But it may not work. It may even be dangerous to an end. But we can talk about that later after this problem is finished. »

Hearing her, Adam had some ideas as well. Thanking her once more, Adam turning towards the silently staring Celeste and said,

"You can do as you like. But if it's not so strong opponents, I won't be calling for you. As for the girls, I have some plans. But, they can't participate in this battle unfortunately."

Smiling at his words, she nodded happily.

"Sorry Beta. Can you tell me where does they need to go to use the stones?"

"The place should be near the core. That's all there to the condition. And that place is somewhere I know. But master, I have a suspicion. For arguments sake, If that group knows about the stones and it's use of controlling the world, then they must all know where to go. That much is natural. But the problem is, it is impossible for anyone to know. Anyone but.."

"Another guardian huh..."

"You knew?" Beta asked a little surprisingly.

"No. Just like you, it's just a little suspicion. If we believe it's the truth, then it's possible that the leader of this group have some kind of relation to one of the guardians. Let me ask this, Beta. It is impossible for a guardian to harm this world, right?"

"Yeah. It's impossible. Though we can think about harming the world, but we are unable to act according to the thoughts. Why did... Wait! Don't tell me...."

she had a strange thought when remembering this.

"Yeah.. if the guardian can think of destroying the world, and can't do it...."

Completing his words, Beta continued,

"All they has to do is let someone else do it! But why would they..?"

Even if this was just assumption, she wanted to know why would a gaurdian want's to destroy the world. What good will it do for them? If the world is destroyed, then everything in it will also have to accompany that destruction.

"Hmm... let's see.... considering all of the gaurdian's situation, may be they wanted to be free? I mean it's been years since you all were sealed under the tombs, right? So it can be that. It's better to die than be a prisoner for who knows how much years. Or they want to get stronger so that free themselves with time? Also, I don't know if this is possible, but what if the world core has the ability to lift the seal?"

Beta was now in deep thinking.

'Master's words can be true. But it's just possibilities. If it's any one of his predictions, then we have to reach that place before the other group!'

"Master, whatever the reason may be, if we want to stop them, we have to get there first."

"Yeah. But before that, if our assumption is correct, that group has divine stones from Brine, and elven country. One is in my hands which is from Grania. That's Three. There is four more. If my guess is correct then they must be in Demon Continent, Vampire Continent, Dragon Continent, or Demi-human Continent. We have to find the remaining Stones before them. I know the current vampire queen. So let's go there first."

She understood his reason, so she agreed.

"Let's just go. I'll call you and Bella using gate, Cel if needed. That is more easier. Is it okay?"

Celeste nodded. She wasn't that stubborn. Even if she was, there's no way she can keep up with Adam and Beta when they are about to travel without holding back.

"Then I'll inform Bella and wait for you."

Hearing this, Adam smiled and together with Beta, he flashed to the sky.
