Chapter 1 || Realization

AAHHH'

I woke up to a pain in my head, It felt as if my brains were about to explode, I immediately try to reach out for my bedside table where I usually leave a glass of water before I sleep, as I tried to reach for the glass it wasn't there.

'Huh? did I not put one out tonight?'

The pain in my head started to slowly ease down, I direct my gaze onto my bedside table only to find that it's not mine, I have never seen this bedside table in my life, it looked luxurious like an antique but newer.

I sit up for a bit to collect my thoughts, last thing I had remembered was I got hit by a car, I come to the conclusion maybe I was at a fancy hospital nearby.

I looked around my room and realized that this wasn't my a hospital at all, everything looked as if I were in a castle, everything seemed luxurious.

'have….. HAVE I BEEN KIDNAPPED BY SOME PSYCHO?!'

I hurriedly leaped out of the bed as I start to panic, I head for the door and try to unlock it.

'It won't budge, I must've been kidnapped after I got hit by the bus, I need to find a way out!'

I look around to find anything useful, I see a candlestick that could help me open the door but as soon as I was about to hit the knob the door opened, I back up and got ready for a fight, a woman wearing a maid outfit comes in surprised.

"My lady! what are you doing out your bed!"

'My lady? what is this some weird role play fetish?and this language how do I understand her?'

I tried to hide my confusion and not say a word, the woman puts aside a tray she was carrying and walks closer grabbing the candlestick from my hand without hesitation.

"My lady please, you need your rest just as the doctor has ordered"

"Who are you? why do you call me that?"

"My lady… I'm your maid Ana" Ana looks at me with gloomy eyes as if I had said something that hurt her.

She didn't seem harmless so I headed back to bed, I still had my guard up the entire time but decided into trying to calm down and find out what's going on.

Ana goes back and grabs the tray she put down and presents me with food that seemed fit for a king.

'Poisoned maybe? Can I really trust her' I think to myself.

"Eat well my lady, if you need anything please do not hesitate to ring for me" Ana says as she places a bell she took out her pocket onto my bedside table.

As she left the room, I swiftly get up and look around for more clues to what's going on, I search around the room and find nothing, there was another door that lead to what I assumed was the bathroom, I go inside and see that I was right.

As I step in I notice what I thought was a television.

'A television maybe? why would there be a television in the bathroom? and what is this show? Who's that girl?'

I move closer to inspect the television, as I moved closer I had realized, this was no television but a mirror… but how?! the person I am looking at is definitely not me.

'What?! is that… me?! What the hell is going on? It can't be… have I been reincarnated?!'
