The Origins 2.0

Retha and her family own a family business in a busy city. They live in Tokyo, Japan. Her mother was from France and her father was born in Tokyo. Her older brother was also born in Japan. Retha's mother, Gabrielle was of a dark tone, so Retha was also darker. That being said, many saw her as a black sheep and didn't pay her much mind. With that being the case since she was born to the age of four, her brother, Akira treated her very well. All was good til the day she entered school. That day, Retha was gifted the nickname Fuji and was moved to the advance classes.

Everyone was amazed and quick tried to get close to her for varying reasons. Once the school and most of remembered Fuji instead of Retha did Akira feel the need to surpress and single out his sister. At first he would simple hide her work and books, along with spending extra studying and widening his study methods.

Retha never bothered with the missing books as she had few things that she couldn't pick up after a few times. She would learn and comprehend a topic after 30 mins of instructions, along with 10 mins of putting it into practice. This petty sabotage gave Akira short lived relieve and easy.

The day report cards came it show Akira has a perfect 105%, everyone (everyone being the father and other family like uncles and aunts that are on the phone) was happy and Akira was enjoying all the attention. Retha grabs her report card to open secretly in her room til, "O Fuji, come and look at your big brother report card, maybe you could learn something." Retha begrudgingly comes, "Ok father." She smiles at her brother to see he did so well, "Great job brother I'm so happy." Holding back her disgust for the behavior of her family, her father takes without remorse and Akira in the depth of night was a shady fox. Her care for her brother, who onced loved her is the only thing that kept her even a small bit of peace. Akira smirks not wanting to hold back on showing the gap between them set by years, "Show us yours Retha, lets see if you still life up to your nickname Fuji."

The moment she heard her brother say those words, something didn't sit well within her. She slowly opens hers, a mix of fear and anticipation flows in circles within her. "O hurry dear sister lets not keep father waiting." With a burst of fleeting confidence Retha finishes ripping it open and unfolds it, fearful of the response she looks away. "O my, just like the nickname would suggest, to get 172% on classes above your grade, truly do you deserve to be Fuji." In shock and fear Retha looks to confirm, "No it can't be, I ...." Looking up at her brother, "Akira, I'm so sorry" Akira walks away with her saying a word. And from that day forward it was never the same.

They rare would talk to each other without a reason, and during that time Retha came up with a plan so the sibling hood could be mended.

'My name was Retha Nye, I was once a young CEO. Why do I say once? Because my elder brother, my one and only, that I held so dear to my heart killed me.

He was jealous that he was looked over as the heir. I was born black hair and hazy eyes, the same as my fathers, but brother was a brunette with dark greens like his mother.

Though I was 4 years younger, I was only a year behind when it came to my ability and league's ahead of him in the qualities and skills to run the business.  It became obvious by the time I was 14 and brother was 18, that I would take over the company.

This only made brother mad but I never thought he was mad at me. I had always thought he was mad at father and mother for our differences. He graduated from high school just before his 18 birthday. It took him 3 years to get through and at that time we didn't talk at all. I graduated from high school the year following after brother and I also took 3 years. I had this desire to see every problem and story, which meant I never much liked the the "hero" and the "white lotus" girl that always seem to just attract taken men. So I major in business and major in writing and stories analyzing.

By the time I graduated, he had been working in the Company for almost 4 years at father's side. I enter directly after graduating, and was given my own office near Father's, leaving brother with a demotion to marketing manager.

I was promoted to CEO 6 months later, leaving my brothers resentment to grow. I was only in office 3 months when my brother enter my office and had me dragged out for embezzlement charges, harassment of the interns and secretaries. I tried my best to show that they weren't true but I was already branded the Villainess and lost my father's love, plus his approval to run the business.

While I was imprisoned waiting for my trial, my brother came to see me.'

He came in smiling and laughing as he said, "Dad never should have picked you, you couldn't even approve your own innocence."

Somberly I replied, " I was good to you, I had everything planned to let you have it once I was 19. I want to travel the world as a bird not an anchor. Why couldn't you have just waited 3 more months. You hate me so much to let me take these crimes, to ruin the family name even after I tried so hard to be a good sister to you.", crying on the other side of the bars.

His eyes glint with angry, "Don't even try to say that, you should have just played dumb but you'll now die just as dumb as I really wanted you to. But I'll tell you there really was embezzlement, I was the one embezzling. I had also made sure that the marketing section could do whatever they want", his laughter of a madman satisfied. "I'll be sure to note you as a gold egg too weak to survive the business world. Now good bye forever my dear little sister", walking out as I'm crying on the floor cursing him to suffer upon my life.

"You evil evil man, for you I hope you suffer. I ... I'll let this go I'll haunt you forever. I'll destroy everyone else like you. I'll give in fold what your kind desire", on my knees heartbroken and weak for lack of food and water.

I begin to think " Is this how I die? Can I not prove my innocence? Why must I have my end like this?" Just when I think it's over, I feel warm and a voice speaking to me, " Are you ready? Would you like to make good on those curses?", with a bright light and soft voice I awake confused and surprised. "Where.. where am I?" , the system appearing to be a fairy in a techno design of code,

" You are in a space between worlds, a center where those truly wronged and labelled Villainess seeking help find it. I will be you assistant and coach through rewriting stories for the truly love sick teen, the stern but caring wife and all others that have been lied to, cheated and wronged to get their happily ever after."

Looking shocked and amazed, " You heard my pain and my conviction, so you brought me here so I can finally do what I've always wanted?" The system smiling,

" Yes, yes we have. Are you ready for a new life and helping those like you?" Standing, I smile as I walk to the chair in the middle of the room, "Well what's my first mission? I'm ready to go and change things." The screens beeps and the room fades as the story begins...
