How to fight like a Queen
Retha looks up smiling as the male leads just entered her spiders net. "O my Allen, isn't the ice prince being very chivalrous. It seems the true queen here will be Anais, we were just friends at best anyway..." Retha eyes wonder, " The little flower princess has the three all powerful protectors. I wonder what you guys will do to for her, maybe me? I am known as the Ice Queen."
The crowd looks at us surprised, as they are placed in front of the door Anais just when through. Them acting as knights really makes them look like they are facing off with Penelope(Retha) as the Ice Queen. The crowd murmur as everyone looks in discomfort and some straight repulsed by the idea, "I can't believe that they would do this to her." "She hasn't even done anything but try to be friends with Anais." The crowd continues and the rumors begin to spiral farther out of control.
"Never mind", smiling, "It must be my imagination, I apologize. They should be my friends, I shouldn't say so much nonsense." She walks to the servant and ask them to start cleaning, she goes to talk with Anais. "Hey, that's enough snooping you damn rat." Grabbing Anais as she's in the library, "Why should I listen to you? You'll be done for very soon." "Maybe you should check the public opinion before you open your big mouth." She looks at me crossed, "Like I'll believe you, Ice Queen hahaha" She leaves to hear all the rumors about her and the male leads. 'Damn that bitch, just what did she do!'
After all that the banquet ended with the commoner and nobles loving her and her opponents getting crushed under the weight of rumors. The party was a complete success, Anais was completely wrapped in the web dragging down Allen, Jake and Isaac. The capital starts to buzz with the talk of the three brightest being fooled by a girl, about them being sleazy betraying Penelope over a new beauty. Talk of them having no honor began to spread and they all suffered. Anais tried her best to lay low but it was too late and everyone knew what they needed. Isaac laughing, "I can't believe I was dumb enough to walk into that. Anais, you trash, couldn't out scheme little old Penelope. If you can't then I will." He begins his plot to crush Penelope for this, but what he doesn't know is that Retha now controls Penelope and has everything ready.
"Damn and now my honor got destroyed. I was better off just staying on the battlefield, instead of walking into a women dominated place like high society. Geez, let's try to walk away from this." Having realized he could never win here, he wanted to walk away, though it won't be that easy. Anais won't let him go that easily and Retha has a bone to pick with the top of the world. Jack not knowing what being friends with them got him, sitting oblivious to the war brewing around sends a message to Penelope. 'Penelope, I know I wasn't the good friend to you and I let the others mess with you when I shouldn't. I'm sorry please can you set me free from this fight. I was always the one most oblivious to the darkness in the underbelly of high society. I omit defeat and will submit to your will, please just allow my honor yo be recovered. I'm a warrior at heart, so please let me go back to the battlefield I'm accustomed to.'
He sent the message hoping to be freed from the dark shadows, he knows he became tangled in. That night as Issac plotted and jack prayed, Allen played his night away with countless women's hearts. This kingdom playboy has his bunny bouncing about, "O prince aren't you just soo dashing." "O I can't stop loving you!" But even the prince's happy harem was fill of the insidious rumors of Penelope Banquet. As the girls go to get him things, "Damn, I heard his highness has a woman he actually likes." "What seriously? Did he finally fall for Penelope?" "What, No! It's that new girl, Anais Laker. I heard she was a totally manipulative bitch." "No wonder he likes her, but I heard Anais was with Isaac." A third girl shows up, "What, does that mean that the three strongest all share the same girl?" The other girls start coughing, "What!"
During this whole time Allen hears the "sweet" girls that beg for his attention gossip about the greatest shame he has ever felt. He's ready to embarrass Penelope the same and damage her reputation. "Just watch your back Penelope you are on the wrong side of the royal family."
"Sue how do you think today went?" "If I must be honesty Retha, you made a lot of people change their opinions about Penelope, but you also pissed off Anais, Isaac and Allen." "Haha, really what are the meters looking like." The Four mood meter for the four target characters. Meter one is trust, depending how the story the meter will surprisingly high even though they want to kill you. Meter two is love and hatred, most of the time it's negative but hey some people are stupid. Meter three would be obsession and disinterest, some are a weird but in all honesty it depends on the character. The fourth and finally meter would be sanity and insanity, you know how those can be.
All the meters are are out of 30 to either side. Anais meter one 2/30 of distrust; meter two 2/30 of hatred; meter three 6/30 of disinterest; meter four 4/30 of sanity. Allen meter one 8/30 of trust; meter two 4/30 hatred; meter three 1/30 of interest; meter four 1/30 of sanity. Isaac meter one 0/30; meter two 0/30; meter three 3/30 of interest; meter four 1/30 of insanity. Jake meter one 15/30 of trust; meter two 0/30; meter three 7/30 of interest; meter four 20/30 of sanity.
"Well I'll be damned with this. Seems everyone but Jake is ready to brawl." "Retha are you not worried? What if they team up?" "Sue if you don't remember, Anais wouldn't run into a battle and Allen isn't very smart. The one to worry for is Isaac, instead of strike even remote direct, he would just help someone else succeed and help them cover it up air tight." "Hmm I guess you are right, so we should just watch Anais and Allen fo removes to pull Isaac out of the shadows like a shadow king?" "Something like that..."
