243 – Bloodline Magic

"It is good if Ren didn't activate it on purpose," Pax muttered. "But if he didn't do it himself, how did it become like this? What could have triggered the reactivation of this reflection magic?"

Everyone shook their heads.

"Could it have something to do with dark magic?" Rudy asked Fang. "Papa, was there anything in the books you have been reading?"

Fang shook his head. "I don't remember seeing anything about reflection magic," he said. Then something struck him. "But there was a mention of deflection magic – maybe there's something!" He rushed out of the room before anyone could stop him.

Wolf and Pax looked at each other and sighed.

"Let him research," Uno said softly. "Little Brother Fang is very distressed – if he is able to find something in his dark magic books that may be of help to Ren, it will be a good thing. Even if he can't find anything, at least he will be productively occupied until Ren regains consciousness."
