Tier Magic was one of the magic systems used by many people that could use it in the World of Tilleria, the world where the Continent of Fordalt belongs. During the course of time, it has become one of the most prevalent types of magic system to date.
There were more than 10,000 spells known, obtained and created by Magical Inventors(Powerful Magic Casters that invents spells, imagine one of them is Tesla and Thomas Eddison). It ranged from 1st Tier to 10th Tier, as well as the lethal planetary level ones such as Super-Tier Magic and Ultimate-Tier Magic. These spells were divided among various types and schools
In contrast to Skills, Wild Magic and Runecraft, which are limited to certain races, Tier Magic is more compatible and more widely available for many types of users to practice. With its own controversy, Tier Magic was said to be the magical art that had supposedly caused a decline in usage of these traditional magics from other races. Regardless, Tier Magic can still be used by Dragons and Dwarves over their ancestral magic respectively. 1000 years after the Second Great War, the denizens of Tilleria have not truly grasped its full power completely.
Along the way, the people have not only found and rediscovered lost tier spells from traveling through Ancient Tombs, Dungeons, and lost civilizations in the Forgotten Lands(The other 8 Great Continents died during the Second Great War) but have also been able to invent, developed, and rebuild new and original spells during the Era of Rebuilding.] Additionally, various items that were made with the power of Tier Magic are used by people to better accommodate their livelihood and activities.
Behind the origin of Tier Magic, the majority of its spells in Tilleria date back to a certain city during the Era of Magic 6000 years ago. At some point in time, thousands upon thousands of spells were invented by hundreds of Magical Inventors and scholars, all thanks to the help from the First Generation Gods and Goddesses of Tilleria.
However, as this form of magic was gaining traction among the other world's inhabitants such as the race of Dragons. During that time, the Dragons and the Gods were in an argument about the New Magic System they created. The Dragons feared that if lower life forms such as Humans could reach the power and strength equivalent as theirs, there could be an upcoming Great War. But in the end, they all came to an agreement with several conditions.

List of Tier Spells:
The spells known as Tier Magic were first invented in the World of Tilleria about 6000 years ago. After that, there have been countless powerful magic-users over the years, and extremely high level Spells such as Super or Ultimate Tier magic, they are considered to be classified as Weapons of Mass Destruction.
•1st Tier (Rank 1): The most common level of magic. Almost 98.76% of the inhabitants who have mana could easily access this spell, almost every citizen, even farmers, could use those tier spells in their everyday lives.

•7th Tier (Rank 5): These are spells for those who have great talent, numbering 1 in 5,000 to 1 in 10,000, while it is an incredibly powerful tier of magic, the tier of these spells are very dangerous to perform and sometimes end up with disastrous consequences.

•8th Tier (Rank 6): Anyone who can so far mastered any of the spells are incredibly bright and very talented. It will take a few dozens of Rank 4 altogether in a large ritual to cast one single 8th tier spell, with a cost of the lives of 3/4 of the group; a person at Rank 6 on the other hand has the capacity to cast the spell very easily as if it was normal.

•Super-Tier (Rank 8-10): While almost every elite magic caster could mostly obtain 10th-Tier, Super-Tier Magic is said to go beyond that limit and people who are worthy to possess it are considered to be an Elite Force such as the Papal Scripture of the Senadate Theocracy. Super-Tier Magic acts more like a special ability rather than an actual spell. Magic casters can unleash it without consuming any of their Mana. The number of super-tier spells a person could learn is one for each rank after Rank 7. When it is first learned, it can only be used one time a day or a few. However, it can be used increasingly once more for every additional Rank gained. Thus, the average person who has managed to finally reach Rank 10 is able to use Super-Tier Magic at least four times a day and will have about thirty super-tier spells in their arsenal. Each super-tier spell also needed a certain amount of casting time before it could be put into effect.
Demigods on the other hand, could cast it more than 5 times a day and has a very small amount of casting time, which means they can activate it for a few seconds before it could be put into effect. Saint Demigods, however, could easily cast the spell as though casting a normal spell, that's why Demigods are considered to be extremely powerful and dangerous.

•Ultimate-Tier Spells (Rank 11-13): As the name implies, it gives the weider ultimate power to control the very laws of the world, a power to grant access to the ultimate principles of it. That is why, in order to combat against an Ultimate-tier Spell, one must employ an Ultimate-tier spell as well. That is the absolute, unbendable rule of the world.
Before the Era of Forgotten, few dozens of beings could cast those tier spells, but 1000 years in the present, only a very few inhabitants of Fordalt today can so far achieve and master 12th Tier Magic in the entire continent, one of them is Joan Fernandez, Captain of the Redborne Scriptures from the Senadate Theocracy.

List of Metamagic Enhancements:
A special form of magic that was used to add different effects to regular spells, increasing the power or advantage of their Magic Caster.
[Boost Magic]: It can elevate the tier and power of the spell.
[Delay Magic]: When it is activated, the magic delays the moment of activation of a spell.
[Extend Magic]: It allows the user to extend the period of time that the spell could remain active.
[Maximize Magic]: It increases a spell's attack power to its maximum damage potential. In other words, this means eliminating the RNG in order to ensure the spell is able to deal the most damage possible.
[Over Magic]: In exchange for great quantities of mana, it allows the user to activate one spell of a tier higher than what the caster is normally able to use. It is a unique form of magic that's believed to have been exclusive to Fordalt.
[Penetrate Magic]: It increases the chance to penetrate magic defenses or resistances.
[Twin Magic]: Unlike the original spell which can only create one object, this magic allows the user to create the same object twice from that spell without casting it again.
[Triplet Magic]: Unlike the original spell which can only create one object, this magic allows the user to create three of the same object from that spell without casting it again. It's most likely a superior version of Twin Magic.
[Widen Magic]: It increases the range or area of effect over what the spell would normally possess.
