"All great love stories involve a murder, gorgeous. Your parents understood this fact quite well." Vlad spoke as he laid back on Wednesday's bed, watching her review her fathers alleged rap sheet. "Why does it bother you so much? It's not as if you are adverse to murder."
"Ugh, I wish the most I had to worry about with my parents visiting was whether or not they killed someone. I would take that over my mom's pack mentality any day." Enid said, as she barged into her own room, unannounced.
Vlad swiveled his head to take in the melancholic little wolf who somehow is able to bounce across the room, despite her anxiety.
"Worried about not being accepted into the pack, little wolf?"
Her eyes widened as she turned towards him in shock, "how do you know!?" She asked/yelled.
"Haha," Vlad couldn't help the majestic chortle that escaped his lips upon seeing her reaction. "How could I not know. Have I ever given you the impression that I do not know literally everything that is going on around me? If I did," Vlad rose from the bed in one swift, yet elegant motion. "I deeply apologize." He brought one hand to his chest and his other arm behind his back and gave a half bow, mostly involving a bend of his head while maintaining eye contact.
Enid hurriedly diffused the situation while producing jazz hands in his direction, "no, no, don't apologize, I was just curious."
"Ha." One more small laugh sounded out before he quickly schooled his features. This was a serious matter, after all.
He strode forward and took one of Enid's waving hands in his own. "Do not worry, little wolf." He told her, leaning down to look her directly in her eyes. "There is only one pack that requires your attention and your loyalty. It is the one that stands before you. The one that currently holds your hand." His eyes began to change, as the dorm room seemed to become shaded, darker. What could not be seen is that it was not just the dorm room that became clouded, but also the sky above. Thunder began to sound out, as all of Nevermore was engulfed in the shadows cast down from above. "I am the Alpha. I am Absolute. And you, are my little wolf."
Enid did not realize when and did not notice until his deep, booming voice finished resonating throughout the room, but at some point she kneeled. There was no discontent. No force. It was natural. As if that was where she was meant to be, always meant to be. Submitting, kneeling, before her Alpha, with what felt like a capital A.
"Rise." The voice once again spoke...only this time, it was different. There was something she could not pinpoint, but was still noticeable. Whenever she had heard his voice in the past, she always believed that it might have been the drippiest of sounds to ever flow past her enhanced hearing, however that was all. Just a beautiful voice. However, that drippy voice was accompanied by something else in that moment. Something that she had not felt since she was very young and it wasn't known by her parents or brothers that she could not shift. Something she still heard in her father's voice from time to time when she really listened. Something she believed to be acceptance...Trust.
She rose, her body shaking, barely containing the energy that bubbled underneath the surface of her skin.
{Ahhhh! What the hell! What the hell! What happens next?! Will I have to wear a collar!?!}
Vlad found his mind suddenly assaulted by a rapid fire of exclamations in the span of a second before he could close the connection that he just established through their very souls. He shut that down instantly, cutting the mental link to the bubbly werewolf that shifted moods faster than dumbledore, with a lowercase D, ate up lemon drops. Not the best analogy, but Vlad couldn't help but notice the severe lack of the Potterverse in his current universe. Perhaps, he would write a bit of HP and expose the world to something magical?. . .Nah, he would leave that to an actual writer.
Enid began to hop up and down, her smile wider than he had ever seen it, and her mood, as infectious as always.
He felt happy, watching her be happy.
Vlad turned and extended his hand to the girl who had been sitting and staring unblinkingly at the happenings between her lover and her friend. She stood and took his offered hand, while looking into his eyes and attempting to discern all she could.
He brought her index finger to his lips, opened his mouth, and slightly pressed the underside of the tip of the digit onto his exposed fang, exposing the world to her sweet blood, while both girls watched on, neither one blinking. Then, he took her finger out, but not before he let his tongue roll over his fang and then let a drop of his own blood fall on the nail of the finger.
He brought her finger that had yet to allow a single drop to fall, past him and placed her hand directly in front of Enid's wide eyes and slightly gaping mouth.
She looked unsure of what to do.
Wednesday, did not.
Vlad watched Wednesday look at him, her eyes focused as always, and then at Enid who seemed more confused than anything, and then back at him, and he could see that she understood a few things.
Wednesday stepped forward. Her finger almost touching Enid's bottom lip. And met her friends eyes, with her focused ones.
"He gave me his blood, once. It enhanced everything about me. In ways I'm still learning with each passing day. When he did, he said that his blood, willingly given has that effect. It seems mine does too." When she said that she looked to the side at Vlad once more, and then back at her friend. Her eyes carried the same laser focus that came naturally to her as she bore directly into the back of Enid's ocular stems. "Therefore," Wednesday spoke, taking one more small step forward, so she and Enid were practically standing in the same spot, only separated by a finger held between them. "I willingly give you, Enid, my blood."
Enid looked at her friend, taking in the information that she had just been given, while her mind did its own thing. She stood there for a moment, looking into her roommates dark pupils, but only for a moment.
In the next, she too took a small step forward, her torso pressed up against her bestfriends, and took her finger in her mouth. It tasted...sweet...and then the sweetness was mixed with a different flavor. Something richer, but still delicious. So, she sucked.
Vlad watched on from the side. He did not have the heart to tell them that all that was required was a quick swipe of Enid's tongue and done. Mostly, for two reasons. One, it's fucking hot. And two, if there were ever a day where Vlad failed to include at least some dramatics into his daily life, then clearly he would not be living his best life. Also...it's just plain sexy.
While Vlad controlled his libido, and Wednesday got her finger sucked, Enid felt herself undergoing a change of her own. One that went deep, deeper, and then deeper, into her very soul.
She felt energy course through her veins, as her mind became sharper, faster, and even more awesomely amazing.
She felt her body connect with her mind, and then connect with something else, before she felt that connection extend outward. First, to the girl whose finger she refused to release from her mouth, and then to the one who calls her Alpha, with a capital A. She felt them both, in a way that she had never felt anyone. She could see them, hear them, and...smell them, in a way that she could not before. In a way that said, they were her pack and she was theirs. It all felt so....so....much. She could not stop herself from bouncing up and down, only their were two problems. Number one, she felt that it was far too soon to let her friends finger go from in between her lips, and number two, how fucking high am I going!

(Author note: Yes, I will be getting a HP FF going, along with a few others. Look forward to it. Though, it will more than likely first go on my Patreon.com/TheGreatestHunter because that is where I mostly check feedback and messages and all that good stuff. Though, I do skim on here as well, when I have that leisurely time. Nomesayin (who gets the reference? Probably only me. Maybe some of you.).)
