"Of course not! How could I be so dumb? You guys shut up and stop disturbing me!" I eyed Arabella in slight annoyance. Actually I was.
Well not dumb, per se. Who the hell could figure out so many things with just a simple glance? But it was all I gathered in that short amount of time I had to observe.
Still, whatever I didn't get to observe, though important information, was not relevant in that particular moment.
I left the conversation at that and turned to focus on taking advantage of the revelation I just had.
There was only one thing on my mind.
"If they could make use of the Baktor Metal to transfer energy, that means… I could use it to attack!" I chuckled with a deeply sinister satisfaction that could only be derived from figuring out a sneaky method to stab at someone's unguarded back.
The only problem I had to overcome was figuring out how to unleash my power into the Baktor Metal and direct it to the demon guard in power levels strong enough to destroy them.
