A new game mode
The night passed by like a gentle breeze, lulling the players to sleep. Only the organizers stayed awake till dawn, preparing a new arena for the last match in the qualifying round. The top engineers and scientists toiled without any breaks, perfecting the arrangements and performing several quality checks.
While the first two duels had been quite exciting to watch, the organizers knew people got bored quite easily when the same formula was repeated over and over again, even if it was a hit. So, they had made the sudden decision to change not just the playing field, but the game mode as well.
Early next morning, the players were met by an official dressed in a black suit and tie, wearing a pair of black aviators and polished black shoes. He informed them about the several changes that had been made overnight and transferred the updated file containing the new rules and regulations to their Zen watches.
