Chapter 43: Being Watched

She chose the small alleyway in search of a cheaper hotel, oblivious to the fact that two blonde men had been quietly trailing her since she left the consulate.

As Ling Fei turned into a less crowded alley, the two men exchanged a look, grinning maliciously, they rushed towards her. One of them swiftly blocked Ling Fei's path.

From the man's roguish demeanor and lewd gaze, it was obvious he had ill intentions. Ling Fei cried out in alarm, instinctively trying to run in the direction from where she had come.

Just as she turned around, she saw another man behind her, grinning threateningly as he advanced towards her.

Damn!

Ling Fei cursed silently, alarm bells rang loudly in her head.

"What do you want?"

"What do we want? Haha, baby, stop running. Come into our arms, and you'll see what we want, haha!"
