Picking Liam Up.

Marcel was excited about going to pick Liam up, so he tried to stay awake through the hour-long journey, but it ended up being an impossible task for him since he stayed up so late the previous night.

Lane turned down the A/C and music to let Marcel rest more comfortably. He had heard about the elite school that was just outside the city and, with Marcel's background; he didn't know just how he was able to afford the fees there.

Once they arrived at the school, Lane parked the van in front of the administration building and hesitated over whether he should wake Marcel up. The moment he made up his mind to go ahead and wake him up, Marcel already opened his eyes and was looking around.

"We've arrived?" Marcel asked Lane as he rubbed his eyes.

"We have," Lane answered as he sat back down on the driver's seat.

"How did you get past the gate?" Marcel asked as he pressed the button to lift his reclined seat back up.
