Axe is a struggling novelist who stumbles upon an otherworldly online writing tool that would grant his desires to become the greatest author. Though he found it hard to believe, he fell at the hands of the website's temptation and imported his almost finished novel into the platform. After importing his work and making changes to his story, he drifted off to sleep and opened his eyes to find himself in the world of his own novel as an extra. Capture The Flag
"Now, listen carefully," Kolek instructed, his voice firm and authoritative.
"This practice exam is designed to test your combat skills, teamwork, and strategic thinking in a high-pressure environment. You'll be assessed on your individual performance as well as your ability to cooperate with your teammates."
He paused, letting his words sink in.
"As I mentioned earlier, you'll be split into two teams. Each team will have a designated base and a flag. The goal is simple: capture the enemy's flag and bring it back to your base while protecting your own."
This was a standard capture-the-flag scenario, familiar territory for anyone who'd played video games.
I was relieved that this part hadn't changed.
In the novel, the original capture-the-flag event featured Jan as a one-man army, single-handedly leading his team to capture three of the opponent's flags.
