THE TOXIC BOND

Love can conquer Evil, but what if your love is EVIL? A promise was made two years ago between the two broken souls...a promise of working on their imperfections and sharpening them to fit in each other perfectly. THE TOXIC DEAL was what clashed their destinies together. Life threw the thorns of secrets and betrayals in their way, yet they fought together. They won together! Parting their ways was their conscious choice with a hope of a better tomorrow. Their promise kept them going and battling their demons. But not all promises are meant to be kept! Bria Maxwell and Hayden King couldn't find their happy ending in the first book- THE TOXIC DEAL. Now it is time for the reunion, but are they ready to face each other after growing into two completely different persons? Is their love still strong enough to burn bright in the fire of desire? Or the willingness to fight for each other has already faded away? Join them in their further adventure that is grander, scarier, more thrilling and... more dangerous! ***** This is the second book of the 'TOXIC' series! YOU ARE BAD KING! VERY BAD!

BRIA

The next morning, Bonnie and I went to school. Her mood was still upset though she tried to keep up a smiling face for my sake.

Her father must haven't called her yet!

I decided to not point it out. We reached the school on time, and I thanked the mechanic to drop Bonnie's car off at the right time. We still had a few minutes before the classes began and thus headed straight to the cafeteria.

"God! I miss Mr Berner's coffee. This tastes like bitter lukewarm water."

I heard Emma's complaining voice and disgusted face while taking the seat.

"And that's where Bonnie the saviour comes in!" Bonnie smiled brightly, placing the coffee cups we had collected for all on the way.

Before Emma, Joshua grabbed his cup and looked at Bonnie dreamily. "Oh Bonnie! You are the bestest friend in the world!!"

"Wasn't I the beholder of that tag not five minutes before for giving you a ride to the school?" Emma gave him a pointed look picking up her coffee.
