Ch 53: Follow through and be ready [pt1]
Alex could not tell if Mei was saying these words because she believed them, or if she was trying to ensure herself to not give up. He did not know enough about Mei to be able to tell what she felt.
A beautiful pair of eyes looked up at Alex’s face. They mapped out the contours on his face, the arch of his nose, the make of his and then his lips. General Mei’s hands reached toward Alex’s face and he was frozen in shock.
Mei’s hand brushed against Alex’s lips and he tensed. Then, a finger probed his lips and the rosy lips opened to take that finger into its wet insides.
It took Alex a whole second to realize what he was doing - sucking Mei’s thumb and he pulled back with an embarrassed look on his face. This was not something he had meant to be doing.
