Tension

"You called them here?" Amaia was questioned in disbelief. 

"Then where?" Dami raised her eyes nonchalantly. 

"What if Adriann sees them?" Amaia groaned. She would be doomed if he found out. But a little voice inside her head told her that he didn't really give a damn about her. 

"Good for him. He should know what he's missing. He's not the only man in your life." Dami scoffed before pulling Amaia down to do her makeup. Amaia swallowed the protests before letting out a sigh. What did she get herself into?

Amaia, Dami, and Naina were just stepping down from the stairs when their eyes met Adriann, who looked like he had just returned from his office. His suit jacket was placed in his left hand while his right hand was holding his laptop bag. Amaia's eyes slightly widened as she realised he had actually returned home early.
