Rocks from the Sky

After Sebastian gained the full-power of the World-Devouring Flames and erupted the area in them. He faced toward Lysander and the remaining army, all while releasing his Emperor's Will in the area. 

However, he looked toward the colonels and was surprised to see that they were fatally injured by an ice-related attack, and grinned. He thought it was strange that Elara had ran out of mana moments after activating her domain, but she must've somehow attacked them without them realizing it.

"Lysander, you say? The prophecy hunter? Why don't you come down to my strength." Sebastian said.

Lysander's eyes widened in shock as he felt his strength decrease rapidly until he was Pinnacle A-Rank, matching Sebastian's new temporary ranking. However, that was least of his worries as he watched the World-Devouring Flames spread around and infect the vampire army.
