Eventually, after more than an hour of introductions, Aziel was finally shown mercy and was led to a white oakwood door at the end of the second floor's main hallway.
This particular hallway, unlike the rest, didn't have many other rooms aligned on both of its sides. No, it was an alone limb growing out of a simple living room with a glass door leading to a balcony.
It only had two other similar looking, simple and bright white painted doors standing opposite ends of each at the very end of it all.
A velvety, burgundy carpet was rolled over the yellow marble imported floor. Strange, far eastern symbols were embroidered into it, looking majestic, even if their meaning was lost on the current Aziel.
