Mind Control & Plea to Raijia

~A few minutes earlier~

Lukas watched as Avalon left the two of them in the forest with a slight limp. He watched her in silence. The longer he has known 'Roan' so far the larger the web that sounded them is revealed. 'Roan' was an interesting character to Lukas, Shane mentioned them to him first in passing. Then things about her family, and skills. Everything to do with 'Roan' was like a mystery of some sort.

'Not only was he not surprised, but he also wasn't scared nor fearful after learning what my body can do. He also said we are that same. Just what is with him?' Lukas questioned when a groan escaped Esme's lips. "Your up." He muttered looking over at Esme.

"Agh… what happened. My head's killing me." Esme groaned forcing himself up from the ground.

"What is the last thing you remember." Lukas asked.

Esme closed his and rubbed the side of his face. "The last thing I remember is chasing after Roan. Where am I and where is Roan?!" Esme asked looking around.

'He doesn't remember that he was choking Roan out just minutes before? Roan was right… does he now more about what happened here between him and Esme.' Lukas thought. "… You chased Roan into the nearby forest and the two of you fell down the hill. You were knocked out, Roan is fine and already left." Lukas lied surprised that like 'Roan' had said Esme didn't remember what had happened. "But I want to tell you this. I'll protect my men that include Roan. I will not let you have your way in my unit." he told Esme with a firm tone.

Esme clenched his fist, "this has nothing to do with you." Esme growled. His eyes were sharp and glared at Lukas. "I have every right to get involved when it has to do with Roan. My younger sibling."

"Your brother is in the army and is currently apart of my unit. You have not right or reason to come here even if you are related especially when you are attempting to forcefully remove one of my soldiers without permission!"

"Huff! Roan won't be any safer at your side more rather be in more danger."

"You just don't think Roan can take care of themselves, do you? I know my condition if that's what you meant by me being more of a danger however, I've seen a fair amount of what Roan is capable of. I more than think they can protect themselves. How well do you even know Roan? I'm well aware that I know very little about him but you, his very own brother doesn't believe in them. I'm aware of your concerns, and you do not have to worry. As long as Roan is apart of my unit no matter who it is I'll ensure their safety."

"Any why would you LGen Lukas Haas go so far for a solider, let alone one from the Liman family?"

"I own something too Shane that's all." Lukas sighed crossing his arms. "Now leave I have other things to deal with." he added turning around. 'Like your younger brother. Cause I don't think he's going to get treated at the infirmary.' he groaned as he walked off.

Lukas had little difficulty finding Roan as there was a slight trail of blood that he followed that eventually lead him to the washrooms. 'Treating his injuries in the washroom. That idiot could just go to the infirmary.' Lukas thought when a sudden commotion could be heard in the washroom.

"… 2Lt. Ah someone finally put you in your place have they."

"Do you have something to say? I got more important things to deal with than you right now, so do what you need and go."

The sound of footsteps then a sudden crash and a slight groan of pain escaped from Avalon's lips after her head was slammed into the wall by Fischer. "That's it!" Avalon yelled. "[You will leave this bathroom right away, and forget about what I just did.]" She ordered and those words had a weird feeling to them even Lukas how was just listening could feel that these words were not just ordinary words.

Then with that Fischer left the washroom, Lukas noticed the slightly silver gleam that was in his eyes despite their hazel colouration. Watching Fischer leave he was hesitant on what to do. But that was when a slight whimper was heard from the washroom. "Damn it… I'm such an idiot. There is no real reason for me to act like this… my emotions are heightened that all. Tsk, every time, my senses and emotions are heightened. Why did he have to come today, it's my fault that happened to him. It happened in that world of course it would happen here. Allowing my energy to be released like that just because of a surprise. Sigh even crying over something so stupid. Sigh, I'll be back to normal tomorrow as they will be back in sync." Avalon muttered looking down at her hand. She forced herself up from the ground and looked at herself in the mirror. Lukas didn't recognize her voice which caused him to look inside.

When Lukas looked inside of the washroom inside was a long blue-haired women 'Roan' was no were to be seen. But he couldn't see the person's face but even if he could see Avalon's face the only thing he would recognize would be her violet eyes thanks to her ability it was hard to tell that Roan and Avalon were one and the same person.

Most of those in the Liman family are unaware of what she actually looks like but the main family is aware that Avalon is a woman.

Avalon reached to her neck and pulled out her pendent (the same necklace she has in her Solit form). She looked down at the necklace with a sombre look as she touched the gemstone. "I do miss home though… Raijia, please ensure their happiness even without me there… bing my old home some peace." Avalon muttered holding the pendent with both hands. She moved out of view from where Lukas could see her and she then took care of her injuries out of sight.

Lukas assumed that Roan had left some other way after what happened between 'him' and Fischer and left. Avalon left the washroom 5 minutes after Lukas left and went to her room to sleep. She locked her door then removed her clothing, and untied the wrapping around her chest feeling the pressure be relieved from her chest, losing the 'mask' she wore her long blue hair was revealed again. She sat on the bed and slowly combed through her long and slightly wavy hair. She let out a slight sigh when she placed the brush down.

She ran her hand through her long hair and look at it contemplating. 'I kinda miss my silver hair… but I don't mind this colour either. Don't get jerks calling me a grandma cause of my hair.' Avalon chuckled before reaching over and grabbed one of the books that Shane gave her and read it till she fell asleep.
