The black-market boss helps Willie (back in his monk garb) drag a still stoned, semi-conscious Meliodas and drunk (plus very sick) Ramesses back to the client. Despite his dishonest business dealings, the boss is actually a pretty decent person and helped Willie nail down the dragon sin. Meliodas continues his uncontrollable gitty giggles, mumbling a bunch of stuff that makes no sense, and soon joins the demon cat in extremely awful singing (different songs). Soon, his mood switches to sad and crying for Elizabeth and his friends. When they get to the stairs of the clinic, staff takes the two nearly passed out demons inside.

Willie then tries to give some of his winnings back to the boss to pay for damages, he refuses.

"No. You won that fair and square. If I'd known whose son you were, I would've bailed out much sooner."

Willie's shocked; "How do you know whose son I am?"

"Oh come on. Where else could you have gotten those brilliant skills? Your old man's skills are legendary."

"You mean when he stayed sober enough to play."

A look of sympathy appears on the boss's face; "Yea I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad to know that you joined the church. You turned out far better than any of us."

Willie lowers his eyes; "I don't know about that."

"Hey, don't beat yourself up about it. You're not your old man. If I'd known how he was treating..."

"That's in the past. My mother's safe and happy, that's all that matters."

The boss smiles; "Because of your courage, that's why."

Willie very humbly shakes his hand and they part ways.

The sun has been up for hours in Japan. The two priestesses magically and spirituality exam Elaine, confirming she does indeed have a new life growing within her. They can even confirm that the baby's soul is male! Elaine is completely beside herself that she's actually carrying Ban's son and can't stop smiling. Diane nearly hugs the stuffing out of Elaine, their hostesses gesture for her to be gentle on the fairy. Then Diane gets the message across that she wants to know if she's pregnant too. They perform the same test on her, but unfortunately, she's not.

Tears form in Diane eyes and she goes into a temper tantrum, banging her fist repeatedly on the ground.

"THAT'S NOT FAIR. WHY I CAN'T I BE PREGNANT TOO. I'll beat you Elizabeth's also pregnant!"

Elaine's surprised to hear that; "Is she?"

Diane sniffs; "I don't know. It just feels right. Knowing how horny the captain is, there's no way she's not by now. It's just not fair."

Diane bangs the ground again, causing the ground to shake despite being human size. Elaine gently places her hand on Diane's shoulder; "I'm sure you'll be pregnant soon. If Ban and I conceived, you and Harlequinn will too."

"You really think so?"

"Yes, I'm sure."

Their hostesses watch in amusement.

Later in the day, the Britannians accompany their hosts to a nearby village. The countryside is beautiful, and they see people working in these strange wet fields with a strange crop. The village certainly isn't a Britannian village, but there are some similarities.

Diane notices a colorful kimono in a window display. She runs into the store with Elaine following.

"Look at all these pretty colors. I've never seen so many beautiful clothes before!" She picks up an orange kimono with white, red, and teal accents; "What do you think Elaine? And feel this fabric, it's so soft."

"It's you, I think;" replies Elaine. She's drawn to the more subtle colors and checks out a forest green one with pink flowers, then remembers that they have no money and puts it back. Diane says they can still have fun looking and goes through several gorgeous hair pens and fans. Elaine can't help but join in. After they leave the shop, Kikyo looks at the things they were checking out and puts her finger on her chin.

Outside the shop, they see a weird guy on the street, crawling on all fours and sniffing around like a dog. He has extremely long white hair, long pointy ears, and very long fingers and nails. He's dressed in very oversized red robes and a purple necklace like the ones they have on. He accidentally bumps into the girls.

"(In Japanese) Hey get out my way!" he hollers in a loud, rude voice. He continues sniffing around then looks up again at them with an annoyed expression.

"What are looking at? Mind your own business."

"Inuyasha, sit boy!"

The necklace glows and he's pin to the ground, like Herman was the day before. A girl appears on a very strange device with two large wheels, handles, and a basket that she operates with her legs. She's dressed in a very strange green and white outfit completely different from anybody else.

"(In Japanese) Grrrrr why did you do that Kagome?"

"(In Japanese) For being rude."

The two of them argue like a married couple. Elaine and Diane just look at each other in confusion. Suddenly there was a different man in front of them, holding a staff with a polite look on his face.

"(In Japanese) Don't mind him ladies. He's not very polite."

He then grabs both of their hands as if he's flirting. "It's too good to be true, you ladies are a sight for sore eyes. Would you do me the honor of bearing my children?"

Whatever he said, Diane gets the feeling that she doesn't like it and tosses the young man, named Miroku, over her shoulders.

"Stay away from us you creep!"

He rubs his head as he gets up; "I do have a thing for strong women." He's then slapped hard in the face by another young lady carrying what looks like a giant boomerang, just like the one the demon slayer had from the day before. However, this woman doesn't appear to be her. She says something to the young man in a very firm tone. Behind her, stands a small boy with a fox tail and a strange looking kitty.

"Does that little boy have a tail?" ask Diane.

"I guess he does;" replies Elaine; "And very little feet."

The young boy looks back at them and turns to the kitty as they leave. "(In Japanese) Kirara, that girl's got glowing wings. Must be a butterfly demon."

"There's no such thing as butterfly demons Shippo;" says Sango, the lady with the boomerang; "I really don't know what she is."

Elaine and Diane just shrug their shoulders, then they hear a cheering crowd. They push themselves through the crowd to see what looks like a ring. There are two extremely overweight guys clad only in what looks like diapers doing some odd type of fighting. Elaine immediately looks away in disgust.

"This place just gets weirder and weirder;" says Diane.

Gowther, Gulia, Jericho, and Margaret wake up on a beach. They have no idea how long they've been out but feel at least a little rested. The sun has already risen, and they most definitely aren't on any Britannian beach. The water is the most beautiful turquoise color they've ever seen. The buildings and boats they see are definitely foreign but not drastically different from what they're used too. They find a few people around, who stare at them strangely. Gowther attempts to ask two people if they are in Alexandera in Latin, but they don't seem to understand and reply in an unfamiliar language. They ask a few more people passing who seem to be fishermen, Gowther in Latin and Margaret in both Latin and Greek, but nobody seems to understand.

"Are we even in the right place?" ask Jericho.

After a few more minutes, Margaret spots the evidence they are looking for. Several ships passing by have the words 'Alexandera Shipping Company' in Greek, along with smaller print words in an unfamiliar language underneath. Market stands on the beach with the word further confirms their location. They wonder around for a while not knowing what to do next. They are extremely shocked by the crowds on the beach and port, especially the bathers and swimmers in overly modest suits covering literally from head to ankles, leaving on their faces, hands, and feet unclothed, although some even had their feet and faces covered.

"This place has more people than Lions;" observes Guila; "and we haven't even left the beach yet."

They keep getting a number of stares, mostly Jericho and Gulia. One group of people even got offensive and drew weapons that looked different than the ones the knights are used too. Jericho also draws her sword, but the others convince her to stand down. Margaret attempts to communicate in broken Greek and Latin. While nobody answers back, one member of the group nods and says something to his comrades. They put their weapons away and walk past the Britannians. One of them turns to Margaret and says "good day" in Greek before going on his way.

Gowther looks at the people around them and realizes that they, especially Gulia and Jericho, are dressed nothing like the locals. He tells the ladies they need to dress like them.

"How?" ask Jericho; "Take clothes from clothes lines? Will our money even be accepted here?"

"Probably not?" replies Margaret, "but maybe I can sell my gold coins for a little money."

After a couple failed attempts at the market booths, they find an interested buyer. However, he's much more interested in Margaret's bracelet and ring, recent gives from Gilthunder and her family. Without a second thought, she agrees and hands them over, to the gasp of the others. The buyer hands her 3 sacks full of money. They have absolutely no idea how much money this is nor what amount these foreign coins represent; they just hope it's enough to last for a while.

"How could you give those up Margaret?" ask Jericho; "Gilthunder especially will be upset. Do you know how much he spent on that bracelet?"

Gowther intervenes; "I believe Gilthunder would understand."

"He's going to be so angry when he discovers Margaret is missing."

Margaret remains silent, but she's actually glad that she's here and can be of some use.

They soon find a clothing store. Jericho and Guila are perplexed by the clothing. It all looks like long dresses and robes. Everything has high necklines and long sleeves, which seem too hot for the weather outside, although the fabrics prove to be light and airy. Some robes/dresses have trousers to wear underneath them. Fortunately, one of the two sales ladies knows both a little Greek and Latin, and both are used to 'strange' tourists and business people. Margaret says that they need to blend in, and the sales ladies help them pick out thobes and hijabs. Margaret and Guila are much more accepting about the hijabs then Jericho, who grips and fuses about it.

Margaret chooses a long, teal thobe with matching hijab. Gulia and Jerico both choose shorter-length thobes with trousers, Guila choosing all purple ensemble and Jerico a fushia thobe with a pink hijab. When Gowther comes out of the dressing room, he's not dressed in the male garments he'd been given.

"Sparkle."

Instead, he's wearing a light pink colored knee-length 'ladies' thobe with black trousers, black flats, and a purple hijab. Gowther is a well-known cross dresser, yet the ladies still act surprised.

"Gowther, why don't you wear the masculine clothes for once?" ask Jericho.

Gowther actually hadn't been fully aware that these were ladies' clothes, but it never matters to him. "Because the ones they gave me are bland and boring. I like these colors better."

"I agree;" replies Gulia; "They really make your eyes pop."

Gowther blushes a little, compliments on Guila's choice as well and helps her pick out a stylish pair of sunglasses. After they pay for their new garments and leave, the sales ladies give each other funny looks. They've seen men and boys try on some ladies' stuff, usually for a laugh or fun, but they've never seen a male leave the store in them.

"Where to now?" asks Gulia.

"We should find a church;" suggest Gowther, "They should be able to help us."

Growl!

"Who was that?" ask Gulia.

Jerico stands still and tries to ignore her hunger. Then another growl is heard, it's Gulia.

"Maybe we should have a meal first. None of us have eaten since early yesterday."

Gowther doesn't need food being a doll but will partake in a meal or drink occasionally with his friends, despite having no digestive system.

"We don't have time to eat!" Jericho says firmly, then her stomach growls again. Everyone looks at her and she blushes embarrassedly. "Oh alright. Just make it quick."

A little way up the beach, Scout emerges from the Mediterranean Sea and enters a changing tent.

Gilthunder has the Reverend by the neck collar and shakes him in anger. Howser and Graimore have to calm him down.

"Gil, calm down;" says Howser; "It was an accident he said. You can't treat a priest like this anyway, especially an old one."

Reverend is offended by that statement, especially since he's only 50.

Gilthunder gently sets the priest down. "Forgive me Father. I just can't believe my wife is out there in some strange land. Egypt you said it was. I'm going there myself to find her."

"Gilthunder!" says Grimore; "That's foolhardy."

"What would you do if it were Veronica, Grimore?"

Veronica stands unusually quiet. She's just as worried about her elder sister as Gilthunder, yet she's also feeling a bit envious that it was her demure sister accidentally sent to a dangerous and possibly exciting adventure in a faraway land instead of her, along with Elizabeth.

"I'm afraid he's right Gilthunder;" says the Reverend; "Without that salt or another long-distance teleportation magic, it would take you many months to travel there by horses, months still by sea, and weeks by air, if air travel is even possible. And all of that is only if you truly know the way exactly."

"The Father's right Gil;" adds Howser; "Foolhardiness isn't your style. Besides, Margaret's got Gowther and two our best holy nights with her. Perhaps they've met up the others already. She's got the very best protection possible. I'm also sure they'll find a way home soon."

Gilthunder reluctantly admits that his best friend is right, although it doesn't make him feel much better. "Why did Margaret have to study ancient extinct languages anyway, aside from the church using Latin and Greek that is?"

Veronica steps towards her brother-in-law; "Because she wanted to understand church sermons, prayers, and chants; and wanted to read the Bible and other ancient text herself. And by the way, those languages aren't extinct. Both Latin and Greek are still widely used by the common people in Mediterranean lands, although I think Latin is falling out of favor for Greek."

The holy knights give Veronica puzzled looks, especially her fiancé.

"What? I pay attention to my studies sometimes."

A knock is heard at the door. Another priest enters with a couple urgent messages from Barta. The first has to do with his most recent vision, of Margaret and the other three being swallowed by a vortex just like the other missing people.

"A little late for that warning;" says Gilthunder irritated.

Howser reads the second message. "Guys, we've got to return to Lions. They received a message from the mainland that the giant wildfire boars that have been ravaging their kingdoms have entered the channel and are headed for Britannia."

"More boars;" says Veronica, annoyed; "Why can't the mainland contain their own problems."

"These aren't ordinary giant boars Veronica;" says Grimore; "And from what I heard, their not native, am I right?"

"Yes!" answers Gilthunder. "I was with the king when he got the first report a few days ago. These mysterious boars came seemly from out of nowhere, deep from within the continent."

"We'd better go;" commands Howser; "it's not the demon clan, but I've heard that these boars are still mighty powerful. We'll need every holy knight and solider we can gather."

Meliodas is experiencing the mother of all hangovers after waking up. Wrapped in a blanket, he can barely hold his spinning head up as Willie gives him another cup of straight black coffee.

"Ugh, can't I have this with cream and sugar, and some chocolate and caramel?"

"Drink it Meliodas."

"All man." He gulps down the bitter liquid as Willie pours him another cup. This time, the young man relents and adds cream, sugar, caramel and mocha (YUCK in his mind).

Meliodas drinks the much yummier brew and places his aching head in his palm. His stomach growls even louder and more painful than it did last night.

"Man, I'm SO FAMISHED! Again! All my hearts are still racing and my head banging like a drum. I believe this is the worst hangover I've ever had. How much did I drink?"

"Way more than what should be demonly possible. But a lot of this hangover is from all that fudge you ate."

Meliodas is confused; "What's wrong with the fudge? It was delicious."

"It was loaded with demon weed."

"Huh?"

"A drug."

"A drug, as in medicine like tonic or pain killers?

"Not quite."

The doctor and nurse come to exam Meliodas. His injured left hand is hurting again since the pain killers he was given have worn off and it's very stiff, but his other injuries are doing much better. His hand is rebandaged and he's given more pain killers and coffee. His sunburned skin is peeling, and they help him rub aloe cream on his body. When Willie describes the things that Meliodas did while he was stoned, even he's shocked by his behavior. He's then given some food. He doesn't really like this nutritious fava bean stuff, but he eats ten "small" bowls of it. He then demands some "real" food and ask Willie if he'd take him to breakfast, or brunch since it's already late morning. Willie really huffs and makes tight fists with both hands. He has a strong look of frustration on his face, nearly in tears.

Meliodas finally realizes that his antics have gone too far.

"Hey Willie...um." Feeling a bit uncomfortable, Meliodas takes a deep breath and places a hand on the monk's shoulder. "I'm really, really sorry for causing you so much trouble. I really am." Willie slowly looks up, Meliodas is smiling at him. "Thank you so much for taking care of me and sticking with me. You've got such a big heart you know that?"

Willie whips a tear from his eye; "Well it's the right thing to do. Meliodas, please promise me that you won't go anywhere else without me okay."

Meliodas sieges and lets out a huff; "Ok, I promise I'll try to do better."

The dragon sin smiles and holds out his hand. Willie manages a small smile, and they shake.

GROWLLLLLL!

Meliodas puts his hand on his stomach. "Hehe. Sorry."

Another, much smaller growl is heard. Meliodas looks at Willie, who's obviously embarrassed.

"Come on buddy, let's go get some chow shell we?" Meliodas slaps the monk playfully.

"Owe"

"Sorry. You really do need to loosen up you know, have some fun once in a while."

"I have fun. It's probably not your kind of fun."

Meliodas gets dressed; "By the way, you really kicked butt last night. There's so much more to you then an uptight, nervous monk. Where did you learn to play like that? Do you play poker in that monastery of yours?"

Willie stops in his tracks and tries to disguise a gasp.

Meliodas smirks; "So you're not as innocent as you seem, huh?"

"Cut it out! Nobody keeps their winnings. It all either goes to charity or the winner buys everybody dinner."

"Really! Man, l'd love that! What about drinks?"

"Never!"

Meliodas face turns firm; "Seriously? Not even for special occasions?"

"Nope. NEVER."

Meliodas shakes his head; "Jeez, I know plenty of monks, friars, and priests who love good ale and liquor. They even make it."

"Not us!"

"Seriously, I don't know how you live like that. With all do respect, how do you get through life with no booze, no parties, working like bees all the time, and having to remain eternally chastity. I understand wanting to be close to God, but He made life to be enjoyed, especially for humans with such sort life spans."

Willie can't really argue with Meliodas on that, but feels he's missing the point, and has some missed information.

"I'm not Catholic, Meliodas. I could get married if I wanted too in my order."

Meliodas is surprised; "Really? You can get married?" A cheeky look appears on his face; "Got anybody special in mind?"

Now the conversation is getting too personal; "No comment."

"Ah hah! I knew it! It's Nuri isn't it?"

"Stop Meliodas! I MEAN IT! No more questions."

The dragon sin takes the hint. Obviously, Willie is trying to protect her.

As they go down the hall, they can hear Ramesses alternating between vomiting and singing in a still very drunk tone. He waddles out of a room as if he's hopelessly dizzy, very bloated and swollen with blood coming out of his nose. He's even shedding large chunks of fur.

"(Singing) I'm so sorry I broke your heart Mother."

A nurse takes the cat back into the room. Meliodas is shocked.

"Man, what happened to him? Is that cat still drunk? I only gave him a few swallows, I thought."

Willie rolls his eyes; "He has a very low tolerance towards alcohol. It'll take him a long time to sober up."

There's something Meliodas certainly doesn't hear every day, although as long as the demon cat recovers, he really doesn't feel guilty at all about giving him alcohol.

Willie wraps what looks like a really long and wide scarf around his head, calling it a keffiyeh, then hands one to Meliodas.

"Do I have too?"

"Yes. You don't want to get burnt again do you Meliodas? Plus, we don't want any unwanted attention because of your hair and eye colors." Willie wraps the keffiyeh on the demon's head and secures it with a band. He also puts large shades on him. Meliodas doesn't even want to think about how odd he must look right now.

"If you ever visit Britannia for real, you'll do whatever I say to do."

222222222222222222

Nuri follows the demon slayer towards Gangkhar Puensum. She has a real good idea of what she's up too. Using a magic item containing Willie's magic, she changes the colors of her cloak and robe from scarlet and black to white. As a vulacish, she's very resistant to the cold. However, with her power low, she is a little cold, especially her feet since she's wearing sandals.

The demon slayer is inching closer to the forbidden mountain, and it starts to show its fury. She takes out what looks like a hammer and magically wraps her whole body in special armor designed to withstand the conditions of the mountain. Nuri, trying to stay out of sight, tries to dodge the increasing rock slides and giant snowballs.

The slayer purposely gets closer to the mountain's edge. In Carmine's tent several miles away, she and her guests feel the mountain's ever increasing fury. Carmine looks out the opening of her tent with worry.

"What's going on?" asks King; "Is it the mountain again?"

Merlin translates to Chinese. Carmine replies; "Something's seriously wrong."

Back on the mountain, the slayer speaks in Tibetan; "Where are you, old woman Carmine? You can't hide forever?"

Hearing that, Nuri gets angry and attacks, hitting the slayer, who's protected by her armor.

"So, you did follow me, Shila? Or is it Nuri you go by in this incarnation?"

Nuri growls and throws another lava ball at her. The slayer uses her boomerang to cut through it, then gestures for the weapon to attack the spot Nuri is, who jumps out of the way, revealing herself.

"Where are they? Where are their remains?"

She throws her boomerang again, it's power intensives. Nuri's fury grows as she waits for the weapon.
