The attack can cut down opponents of any form, whether they be immortal, invulnerable, or the hardest thing in existence. It can also reach every plane of existence, whether it be nonexistence the realms beyond the metaphysical realms that exist beyond an inaccessible cardinal space and time or alternate and pocket dimensions. The attacks will always hit and work since they're Omnipresent Attack that can slash through all timelines and parallel dimensions. Intangibility cannot evade the attack as it cuts past the "intangible" defense and strikes the physical being beneath it. He can slash through intangible elements such as fire and water, causing them to split apart as opposed to a normal cut which would simply allow them to reform. He also slashes through metaphysical concepts such as reality and illusion, allowing one to either dispel and destroy illusions of any level or slit through the barrier between the two and allow imagination to become reality or vice versa. Dreams and memories can also be cut, allowing one to escape from being trapped in nightmares and the mental world. Conceptual locations and beings are also affected. The second thing he is known for is his attacks being able to hit their target regardless of their locality and temporality in the universe. Regardless of where or when an opponent is,he can reach them with ease. This acts as a great weakness to Omnipresent beings as the attack can stretch to all localities, therefore attacking the beings regardless of when/where they are. Since the attack strikes at all time periods, it can successfully hit the target at a time when they are vulnerable (i.e. before acquiring intangibility or immortality and due to being able to attack the targets regardless of their locality/temporality in the totality of existence. No matter where the opponent is, they can reach them with ease. As the attack reaches through all of existence at the same time it becomes impossible to dodge, escape or even avoid the attack, even if the target is isolated, evading, separated or even unreachable. And when this attack hits you the damage and destruction cannot be repaired or healed from its destroyed state. The pain/injuries do not recover from their degraded state and remain in complete decadence after the wounds are given.
