13. Behind the scenes

Eldorado Headquarters is not as scary as the rumors suggest. It is not always filled with violence, cruelty, or other criminal things. On the contrary, inside the large headquarters, laughter never escapes.

Even more so with the ridiculous behavior of its members.

Like now, there were Barda and Centauri who were dancing incoherently. Some were playing Uno, and the rest were busy with their own activities. But even so, when outside they would act a hundred and eighty degrees different.

"Yeay!!!" Barda shouted, shaking his hips. Gone was his creepy aura. No one would have thought that this thug-looking guy would have such a low sense of humor.

"Aw!" replied Centauri, turning on the speakers. Making Eldorado headquarters even more crowded.

"SICK!" screeched Fomal grimacing in pain because his head was accidentally hit by a broom played by Barda.

While the perpetrator just grinned at the horse, "Your fault is beneath me," replied Barda.

"Shut up please! I'm not focused on playing Uno dog," Aksa was annoyed because he kept losing the game. But unfortunately the two were ignored.

"You're not focused, it's our fault. You're bad," Centauri taunted Aksa. Hearing this made Aksa's emotions rise. But soon he was laughing maniacally. Making Centauri look at him in surprise.

"This ugly girl once asked me to cheat on her Hahahahaha," Aksa replied, reminding Centauri of her ex who had asked Aksa to cheat on her.

"Already. I'm lazy," said Centauri who was lazy to discuss the past. The others chuckled lightly at Centauri's immediate bad mood. The man always loses when it comes to the past.

"So how was it Al?" Aksa asked Alba curiously, after the boy entered the headquarters. Ignoring the Centauri who was cranky with her.

Alba had only arrived at the base ten minutes ago, having followed where Julin had taken Garneta.

Alba let out a lazy breath. There was absolutely no intention of answering. The boy with a slender body chose to lie down on the sofa that was available at Eldorado headquarters.

"I'm asking stupid questions!" snapped Aksa who did not accept being ignored by her. Centauri immediately laughed with satisfaction which was followed by the laughter of the other members. Satisfied that Alba had cheated on Aksa.

"By the way, why, with the refrigerator," said Centauri who had just finished drinking water. Yes, water. So what do you want?

"Talking to humans, hahahaha," Fomal chimed in.

A snicker from Alba's mouth stopped them all from playing Uno. Then their attention was drawn to Alba who had changed her position to sitting with her face as flat as plywood.

They knew something was wrong with the Eldorado commander.

"You were meeting with..." Centauri stopped her speech because she forgot the name of the girl she met a few days ago, "Uh, what, anyway, is that girl's name?" asked Centauri innocently who received a strong jab from Aksa.

"I've told you how many times, her name is G-A-R-N-E-T-A, Garneta. You're getting old," Aksa grumbled in annoyance.

Centauri looked at Aksa sarcastically. Preparing to retaliate for Aksa's treatment of her earlier. But before he could move, the voice of someone who had just entered the base stopped him and the others.

"Where did Julin take Garneta?" asked Cuandesra to Alba who was silent.

"Around the city," Alba replied briefly. I don't know, Garneta's rude attitude towards her earlier made Alba's mind unfocused.

"This evening you-"

Cuandesra immediately nodded before Alba asked that 'thing', "Yes. This evening I will change again."

"Until when, anyway, what is your curse?" asked Fomal carefully. Afraid that his words would offend Cuandesra. Although he was sure the man wouldn't care.

Cuandesra shrugged her shoulders in ignorance. She sat next to Alba and tapped the man hard on the shoulder.

"Sick bastard!" Alba snapped. Cuandesra and the others laughed loudly.

"What's wrong with you? You've been frowning from the moment you arrived. Like the face of..." Centauri glanced at Aksa whose face was already red with emotion that was about to explode.

Inwardly, he laughed with satisfaction at his friend's reaction. He deliberately pretended to forget Garneta's name.

"Who's na- AAKHHHHHHH!!! SICK BITCH!!!" shouted Centauri in pain, because Aksa suddenly grabbed her hair strongly. Her head felt like it was going to fall off.

"I TOLD YOU, HER NAME IS GARNETA! GARNETA!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, CALLING YOUR NAME, WOMAN!!!" screeched Aksa with double the annoyance. This is what people don't know about Aksa. From the outside, his face looks very bitchy and stubborn. In fact, his mouth is actually eleven or twelve with a woman's mouth.

You could say, Aksa is Eldorado's mother.

"Already, man, already. I don't see how Centa's face looks like he's about to die," said Barda, breaking up the two. One of the Eldorado gang members who has sweet teeth.

"Continue Sa Hahahahah don't give up," chirped Fomal.

While the others were busy with their respective activities, and Aksa who had not finished torturing Centauri. Centauri started her serious conversation with Alba.

"Her bike hasn't been picked up yet." Cuandesra nodded in understanding.

"When I met Garneta earlier, her attitude was very different from mine An," Alba said frankly.

Cuandesra raised her eyebrows in confusion, "Different?" Alba nodded.

"She seemed really angry with me. Even though you saw it yourself, the last time we met with her her attitude was normal," Alba explained.

"So Garneta is angry with you?" Aksa asked seriously. It looked like he was done with Centauri.

"Yeah."

"Why?" asked Fomal, who was nodded at by the others.

"I don't know either," Alba replied briefly.

Because Cuandesra suddenly stood up and seemed to want to leave the headquarters, making Alba frown confused.

"Where are you going?" it wasn't Alba who asked. But Barda.

"I can't stay here for long. I'm going to Garneta's house in the evening," Cuandesra replied briefly. Not needing to say much more, the handsome but cold guy immediately left the Eldorado headquarters. Tonight would probably be a long night for her.

Leaving Alba and the others with different facial expressions.

What's wrong with Garneta? Alba thought.

"I'm sorry, okay?" Julin begged since they arrived in front of Garneta's house.

"Yes," Garneta replied lazily. How could she not, her neighbor always held her back when she wanted to get out of the car. Even though she was no longer cranky.

"Smile first but."

"Iiiiiii..."

"There you go. Mika is my favorite," Julin said softly. Unconsciously making Garneta chuckle.

"Mika, Mika, Mika is all you. Go meet Mika Tambayong. Ask her to be your girlfriend hahahaha," Garneta teased ignorantly.

"Get out," Julin immediately kicked her out. Upset with Garneta's ignorance who carried the idol's name. She was crazy. Just asking Ambra to be her lover is hard to ask for forgiveness. What else with Mika Tambayong. He was dead.

"Yes. Just get angry," sneered Garneta, who was still laughing.

After that, Garneta immediately opened the car door and intended to enter her house. She was already imagining how soft the mattress was ready to pamper her back.

But before she came out, Julin had already held her hand. Garneta raised both eyebrows in question.

"Garenta back to Indonesia?" Julin asked. Julin knew her question would put her best friend in a bad mood again. But she was curious about the girl's twin sister.

Garneta just smiled wryly and nodded. Too reluctant to say anything else.

"Okay I see. Don't think about it too much, okay? Just pretend she doesn't exist."

"Yes."

"Ta,"

"What?"

"Have a nice sleep."

"Yes."

"Tsk! What a dummy!"

"Are you going out again this evening?" asked Julin, anxious for Garneta's answer.

"Maybe yes, maybe no."

Feeling that Julin had nothing more to say, Garneta immediately got out of the car and went straight to her room. Without intending to turn around and greet Garenta who had just come out of the kitchen.

"Huhhhh, it's been a tough day," muttered Garneta after lying down on the bed.

Her eyes stared at the ceiling of the room which was filled with various stickers of celestial objects. Who would have thought that she was an astrophile. Garneta loved anything to do with outer space. Anything about stars, the moon, the sun, galaxies, andromeda, and so on.

"Rainbows never show up anymore feeling," Garneta chuckled softly. She realized that it had been several months since she had seen a rainbow. Even though Palembang is in the rainy season.

"Rainbows are really beautiful. It has many colors. It's not like my life, it's gloomy."

"Even gray color is reluctant to exist."

"You're really pathetic, Garneta."

"But rainbows aren't that beautiful," chirped someone who had just walked into her room without permission.

Garneta snorted in annoyance. She knew whose voice it was. Garenta who came in with her pororo doll. The doll Garneta had given her on her eighth birthday.

"What are you doing in my room?"

"Rainbows always come and go suddenly. Without leaving a trace."

At that Garneta laughed blandly, "Yeah. Just like you," she said sadly.

"And luckily I'm not like a rainbow. They come and go as they please," Garneta continued, emphasizing every word she said.

It would be a lie if Garenta wasn't stunned by the sentence his twin uttered. He knew it was an insinuation for him.

Garenta did not remain silent. He walked over to Garneta and lay down beside her. Of course it made the girl upset.

"Are you leaving?!" she said quickly.

"I don't want to. I miss you too," Garenta replied, hugging her pororo doll tightly.

"Do you remember this doll, Ta? From you know."

"I don't know! Forgot!" snapped Garneta trying to ignore Garenta.

Then the man changed his position to sideways and faced Garneta, "Garenta dear Garnetaa." Garenta moved the pororo doll to kiss Garneta's cheek. If he had done it, he would have gotten a strong punch.

"What the hell, you idiot. Don't you leave my room!"

"No-"

"Are you leaving or am I leaving the house?" threatened Garneta not playing games. Apparently her threat succeeded in making Garenta stand up straight.

"Yes, my dear Garneta, my love. I'll go out."

And when Garenta reached the doorway, he turned his head and looked at Garneta softly and regretfully, "I'm sorry Ta," he said softly which Garneta could still hear.

After Garenta left her room. Garneta silently cried and smiled at the same time. It hurts so much to pretend not to care about the people we care about.

"Sorry Ta, sorry..." Garenta whispered sadly from behind the bedroom door.
