Basically, according to the system, due to more prana being used to cultivate, the host had the advantage of storing more prana than a normal being, so the host had the advantage of using more prana during the fight. If used effectively, the host could even fight someone 2 levels above him, so if Ram was at Level 2 (intermediate), he could fight and win with Level 4 (intermediate). But the catch here was that he had to use the prana effectively during the fight; what "effectively" meant, he was not sure of. But if he takes the system's word for it, this advantage will be more prominent when he reaches a higher level of cultivation. After some time, he came to the conclusion that minor stage improvement had not brought any major difference in him.

For some reason, his mental perception was still at 5 km, and after learning from the system, he understood that his perception distance did not increase because mental perception only increases at major levels, but he did feel that clarity in his mind was better than before; he had a feeling that he could even balance his emotions through his mind at higher levels.

But just because he didn't understand now doesn't mean it was useless. He had learned from the system that spirit cultivation is as important as any other.
