Chapter 125: Royal Security Intelligence Bureau

On June 6, 1902, Arthur and a seemingly mysterious individual quietly arrived at the barracks of the Royal Guards. Officially, they were there to observe the training of the soldiers, but in reality, they were assigning personnel to establish a new military organization.

This new organization was the Royal Security Intelligence Bureau, responsible for intelligence and espionage operations.

Accompanying Arthur was the appointed director of the Royal Security Intelligence Bureau, Bartholomew "Barty" Crouch.

Barty Crouch held a unique position unlike Arthur's previous subordinates.

Orphaned at a young age, Barty Crouch was adopted and groomed by Duke Arthur, becoming one of his trusted assistants.

Barty Crouch had a friendly relationship with Arthur and was fully loyal to him, even comparable to the loyalty of the trusted butler, Old Hunter. Their relationship could be described as that of a foster child to Duke Arthur.
