Chapter 2

Rebirth

" Ouch!"

Belle let out a low cry of pain as she felt someone let go of her neck and her body fell to the floor like a ragged doll.

She gasped for breath while coughing consistently.

Wait!

Wasn't she supposed to be dead?

And where am I ?

Belle looked up to see a group of people staring at her with anger and disgust in their eyes.

"Hmph!Why are you looking at us like that huh? You want me to strangle you again?",said a middle aged man who had a fierce expression on his face.

The man walked towards Belle, ready to beat her again.

Suddenly, Belle swung her feet and kicked his knee causing him to kneel.

His piercing screams echoed through the hall.

Belle looked at her body in shock.

'Why am I so weak now?' she thought.

She stepped back and scowled slightly, displeased.

The lightest kick from her is supposed to send anyone flying a few metres back.

Instantly, a flood of memories that didn't belong to her filled her head.

Then it clicked.

She had been reborn!
