He voiced out with a shaky tone , thinking of the worst.

Looking at the culprit, he shouted feeling vexed

"So you want to kill me just as you've killed my sister"?!!

"Hey listen, to clear up your understanding, I did not kill her. I've sent her with the others who were with me to the central continent. She will become part of the guild I'm from, which is Ice moon guild. She will not longer be living in this slum. She's meant for great things. I won't have bothered with you if she had no had me promise to reward you with something for taking her. That's why I even bothered to talk to an ant like you".

She stands up and throws a sack to the table, and looked at the young man in her front.

"You and your sister are now living in a different world, so forget about her and live your life on. Clearly that you were unable to awaken even at this age make you more than a trash. Arthur has never felt the need to really awaken, even when he was ridiculed and abused about his condition, he was really never bothered.

But his sister disappearing changed the whole situation. He began to wish with all his heart that he could awaken.

As he had his eyes closed, he did not notice that the Gem hanging on the necklace on his neck was slowly glowing in rainbow colored lights.

The Gem kept on glowing brighter and brighter and brighter until the light covered all of Arthur's body.

Arthur still had his eyes closed, he had no Idea of what was happening.

The Gem slowly floated away from Arthur's body and came up to his head level.

The bright light made Arthur Open his eyes, contrary to his expectations in the light hurting his eyes but it did not. The light felt familiar and comfortable with him.

As he was marveling at the beauty of the Gem, the Gem suddenly flew at break neck speed and entered his forehead.

Arthur felt like a huge sledgehammer hit his whole body with the intensity of a rushing train.

Booooooom!!!

And he suddenly went black.

All the mana In the atmosphere from a kilometer away rushed at Arthur.
