NOW I HATE HER!

Everybody's head rotated toward Phillip's direction. They had that look that says "Are you sure you are alright?". They didn't need to say it with their mouth, their facial expressions already did the job.

" Are you crazy?" Uriah's voice resounded, breaking everyone out of their reverie. "What are you thinking? Do you think she'd want to support us if she finds out we are planning on trading her for money!"

"He is making a little bit of sense". Azreal said, interfering for the second time. " We all know she feels deep affection for Zamiel. Using that, would surely help us I'm certain. We like it or not she's the only way out, the key to the golden door," Azrael said, sparing Uriah a glance and then Phillip only to see a fuming Phillip. He (Phillip) didn't look upset at all but his clenched fist says so. Azrael's brown creased in confusion

"No!" Ramon retorted "Zamiel won't allow that, you know that. He loves her too much to want to involve in any I'm of this shitty business. So drop that idea".

"Drop what idea? We are dropping nothing. We are picking this idea, it's preferable to dying. We are not even dying peacefully, we'll be battered that's for sure. Prevention is better than cure, we never know if we don't try. Let's give it a try" Uriah chimed like a broken clock.

Everyone had to agree with him on this, it is better done than never. Giving it a try wouldn't kill them. Ramon saw the look they had on their face -approval. Gosh, this would be a tough job for him. Talking to Zamiel this day is now a tough job for him, breaking his walls to speak with him is impossible, he only gets in because Zamiel wants him to. His walls were impenetrable. Confronting him with this type of topic might make him spark. It's not as if he shouts or rants it's just the look he gives - It is as if he's speaking through his face.

Sigh! He took a deep breath as if he was meditating. "I'll try," He said with a tiny dash of hesitancy, rubbing his forehead with his fingers.

"It is settled then. We should expect an answer by tomorrow morning" Uriah declared sharing an eye contact with Ramon. "Goodnight" He added before walking out on the rest. They all started at his figure leaving the crowd in silence.

"I'll leave too". Beebah mumbled, finally voicing out after all the hot argument. She remained mute through out all the argument and nobody actually paid attention to her, or even took note of her, except Ramon though who keeps sparing a few glance at her direction every now and then.

She stood up silently leaving their midst to probably hit the sack and do some thinking overnight.

" They were in this mess because of that girl. And Zamiel? If he hadn't fallen for her they won't be in this mess. Now they have to pay with their lives!. "

Sobs.

She shut her eyes, allowing the stream of tear flow freely through her eyes. It's over, it's all over. Her life, everything she dreamed if and looked forward to is over. She knew the truth deep down within her; the truth that she wasn't Zamiel's mate and can never be, the truth that Mira and Zamiel are mates, the truth that all this trouble they are in wasn't Mira's fault, not even one bit of it was her fault, it was their punishment. And the truth that only Mira can save them from the quicksand they got themselves into.

All her life she have always loved one person but that person didn't even seem to want to spare her a glance. Yes, Zamiel knew from day one the feelings she shared fit Jim but he chose to ignore in order to prevent her from feeling uneasy and saving her from embarrassing herself - rejection. But she foolishly nurtured that feeling to this extent, knowing fully well that Zamuel would never return such feelings. Now her death was close by, kicking on her door, and she already wasted her days dwelling in a dream that would never come true. Her tears kept flowing down her cheeks and then down her neck. Releasing felt as if she was releasing a heavy load off her chest. She can't hold it in any longer, she has pulled herself together for too long and that was settling / piling up like heavy loads on her chest. Crying was her only way out. Screaming would have felt much better but the situation at hand doesn't allow her. She was breaking apart in silence and no one can help her, she was alone.

She stood up on her feet after almost an hour of shedding tears. She wiped her moisty face with the back of her hand, sniffing in the mucus that had accumulated over time during the period she was releasing her pains. She left the the woods where she usually find her comfort

******"

The last thing she want to see was the couple acting all lovey dovey in public upon all the crisis the had at hand. Don't they have any shame?. She glanced at the source of disaster, the reason why the crisis was born in the first. Why did have to suffer because of her, because of this whiny little shit. She got caught in the act - Mira glanced at her direction catching her red handed glaring at her. Perhaps Beebah wanted to be caught on purpose so she could sense what was going on around her.

Time moved so fast like crazy. Why was it that when they were dying the day moved faster like a horse but the other time when they were all praying for time to move faster so they could arrive at their destination on time it didn't, instead it moved slower. It was night time already and they had just two days left. Her heart beat paced in anticipation of what was coming their way. The horror, the pain and the stress. Her heart heart raced, threatening to break her ribcage. She held on to her chest trying her possible best to steady her emotion, it was on a rampage. She shut her eyes tightly, taking in a deep breath, paying attention to the sound around her and the sound of her heart beating. It was working, it worked!. She freed her eyes, folding her eyelids slowly.

"Are you feeling better?" Ramon's voice snapped her out her coma. Her brows slowly creased themselves into a frown after settling herself. "What was he doing here?" She thought within herself, getting up on her feet to face him.

"What do you want?" She growled, glaring at him as though she'd kill him if given the chance.

"To speak with you. Why else would I come here to meet you". He shot back, while scrutinizing her from head to toe like a predator eyeing its prey.

" So he knows I come to the woods to spill my emotions". She thought while biting hard on her lower lips.

"Walk with me" Ramon suggested, passing by her to walk ahead of her. She stood still for a couple of minutes, refusing to leave her spot before turning around to follow him.

She knew what he wanted to talk to her about. Though she hates having this conversation but still she had to listen to him and listen to the truth.

"I saw you twitching yesterday's night. Your reaction everytime I speak about Zamiel and Mira your expression twitches"Ramon let out, smitking at the end of his words.

" Why? You haven't gotten over this feelings?" He asked rhetorically, staying silent for a while as though expecting an answer from Beebah.

"You should know better than to be crying over spilled milk. It going to get you no where my dear". He smiled, glancing at her clenched fist.

" You should already know I'm here to help you build your broken and dismantled self esteem, and get you ready for what's about to come.Because I know you are not ready at all. And trust me baby girl, you'd die out there if you don't get ready. You wouldn't even last a minute"

"So? Don't tell me you are here to teach me how to protect myself" She mocked sarcastically, folding her arms in front of her chest.

"You should know me better. Besides we don't have time for that. I'll just give you a motivating speech and leave you be to have my speech sink in your brain and get you ready for what's coming.

" It's not gonna work" Beebah shot with a threatening voice.

"Are you sure?" Retorted Ramon

"Yes" Beebah replied with full certainty. Her eye burning with determination, and her aura stinked hardheadedness.

"Okay, if you say so. Then die then " Ramon replied, shrugging his shoulders with nonchalance.

"What?"

"Die. Since you've made up your mind to die, then die". He replied nonchalantly
